Server was basically rude. We ask if they had a covered porch/ patio for dinning since rain was a possibility. She said No. Wrong. They do have had to keep asking for chips. Water, etc. Food was not very good. Cheap 80s tex mex unfortunately, Mexican food in the US is much better in 2024. Up your game we will come back. Otherwise....
There is a very good reason they've been here as long as they have. If it's busy you're gonna wait a bit, but it's absolutely worth the wait. Hands down the best in the area.
The food was almost inedible, the salsa and cheese dip had little to no flavor. I got the nachos and it was 10 chips with microwaved cheese slices on top and the beef you had to swallow whole because chewing it was impossible. My wife got the panchos special (chicken, rice and cheese) the chicken was like a sponge. The service was rude and it was $40 for two people. Please save your money and go elsewhere.
Easily the best service I’ve ever had in a restaurant. The interior is beautiful and the staff is fantastic. Did not care for the food - was very, very salty. Willing to give them another try in case the kitchen was having an off day.
Always enjoy eating here. Tried the chile Verde for the first time.... so good the flavour was amazing definitely going to be a firm favorite.
Fast, friendly service even when the place was full! Food tasted great, especially after a long day on beaver lake. Had no problem accommodating our larger group of 8!
We just moved to Rogers and are trying to eat at all the local restaurants we can. We stopped in here for a late lunch and they were cleaning up from the lunch rush. very well decorated and a good size restaurant for being downtown. They even had a small bar that was separated from the restaurant. Once we were seated we were served very quickly with chips and salsa. We chose 1 hot and 1 mild. The mild was perfect but the hot was a little to much for us. I had the number 3 lunch menu item which included a beef taco and chicken enchilada with source cream sauce. The enchilada was excellent but the sour cream sauce was even better. the taco was a standard hard shell taco but good. The refried beans were excellent. My wife had the daily special of steak tacos and they were very good. Service was very good.
My Husband & I love coming to Las Palmas on our nights out. He always orders the Fajitas. I usually order a enchilada platter of some sort. We were disappointed with this order of fajitas this night. It came out on a plate instead of the sizzling hot cast iron they usually use instead. The server was very busy and distracted and couldn't give our table the attention it needed and we don't require alot. So yeah could've been better. .but we'll be back eventually.
