Love the food, service & atmosphere at Buvette! After our first visit 2 years ago, we made sure to come back on this visit to Paris! Decent amount of vegetation options as well which is great. Do yourself a favor & get the mushroom croque monsieur!
We absolutely love the breakfast we had here. The restaurant is not huge but have a very nice atmosphere. They prepare your food in front of you. We ate crossaint with eggs and avocado sauce it was just delicious. We did not make reservation and find spot to sit without waiting just by chance. I strongly reccomend to make a reservation priorly.
Classic bistro that simply gets it right. We enjoyed our first meal of coq au vin and lapin à la moutarde, so we returned a second night for parmentier de canard and beef bourguignon. Perfect, all, on a couple of cold and wintry nights. The desserts are also beautifully done and you can't go wrong with any one (we were aggressive in sampling all four over two nights): the rich and rustic chocolate mousse may stop your heart cold but you won't regret a bite.
Finally I have eaten coq au vin in my last few days in Paris and it was AMAZING!

Cute and atmospheric cafe. The menu is small, easy to choose, easy to eat, the dishes are simple and light, not particularly creative, but tasty. Good selection of wine.

Cute brunch venue with lots of brunch items to choose from. The atmosphere I felt was quite plain and did not feel any sort of particular vibe although the decos are cute.
Food - overall I’d give 3.5 - coffee was quite weak and watery (3), croque forestier was really good with tasty bechamel and Gruyère cheese with a generous portion of smoked salmon side order (4), waffle was fine but nothing exceptional (3).
Service - it was a straightforward service and nothing extraordinary or exceptional. I’d probably describe the service subtle and cold.

Absolutely delightful experience from the atmosphere in the place to the food and the drinks. We had sesame carrots salad and a cheese plate which was very very good. The dessert was a chocolate fondant which might be the best chocolate cake I’ve ever lived to taste. And god knows I’m a chocolate cake nerd. Everything was remarkably done. A somewhat hidden spot which deserves a stop if you’re visiting.
This is a really nice cosy place. It’s decorated pretty well and the atmosphere is nice. We ordered a few dishes to share and they were all delicious. Even though the plates are small, they are fulfilling. The staff was nice and friendly as well. The tables are a bit too small and the seating is not very comfortable. I would say it’s better for small groups.
