LOVED Bond Street. Reasonable prices in a great dive atmosphere. Basement was closed when I visited but still enjoyed it nonetheless. Friendly, fast service.

Real tiny place but that’s ok, I gave the bartender a pretty decent tip and she called me an a-hole for not giving her a tip. Thank you

My hubs and I brought friends from out of town. We raved about this spot and it did not disappoint. Jess is awesome! She provided stellar service and made killer drinks. Everyone had a great time. The food was awesome as always. The fish tacos were so good and they have the best fries and patty melts ever! A necessary stop to experience the local vibe when in AP.

This is a nice little hole in the wall kind of place. My father says he used to go here before I was born. Lol. Friendly staff. Cool atmosphere. Cash only so hit the ATM before you go.

Can’t comment on the food but this bar/club is amazing on weekend nights. We’re a group in our 20s and we had more fun here than almost all bars I’ve been to in Philly. There’s no cover, $2 bud lights, and the DJ is straight fire, tons of throwbacks and EDM songs. Definitely a frat basement vibe downstairs but it’s part of the experience

Nice bar with a ton of different entry ways! Can get cramped and the bartenders tend to be a little iffy depending on which bar you are at. I would say for the most fun time, go to the basement.

Best dive in Asbury. Good prices. Great scene. Cash only. Know what you want to drink or GFY. ;-)

I just had the best Cheeseburger that ever had at the Bond Street Bar and Grill that is tucked away and almost hidden on 208 Bond Street in Asbury Park, NJ. The It is a small bar and grill with a dark almost mystical ambiance on a small one-way street. The bar has a warm and welcoming personality featuring great food, good vibes, friendly staff all in an inviting space of a classic pub atmosphere. On nice days you can eat outside on a small patio or along Bond Street itself and even bring your dog. They have a water bowl strategically set up for “man’s (and woman’s) best friend” while enjoying your meal outside.
My friends and family always rave about the Bond Street Bar and Grill. There's a big downstairs bar that is apparently the place to go on the Jersey Shore on weekends. They have a DJ, dance floor and a super fun atmosphere. Since I was a little boy, I always loved Asbury Park on the Jersey Shore. People call the Bond Street Bar and Grill a “dive bar,” once considered a derogatory term, but the term “dive bar” is now a coveted badge of honor especially in one of the most exciting places in Asbury Park on the Jersey Shore known for its music and art. The Bond Street Bar and Grill features an open eye logo and creative artwork painted on the side of the building.
As a former New Jersey Commissioner of Health and former president and current executive board member of the New Jersey Public Health Association, I give the Bond Street Bar and Grill my highest recommendation for outstanding food and a fun place to visit and enjoy.
