Enigma Escaperoom

We tried the “Dream” room which was more about fun and games than riddles. It was awesome!

During the third room, the one with the bike and the big hamster wheel, the lights went out, it was pitch black, every door was shut and we could smell burning. With no communication we naturally were anxious and scared. Eventually the GM’s voice told us to wait a couple of minutes. The whole ordeal took about 5 minutes after which a man came and made us skip the room totally.

We finished the last room and got out.

The staff offered us some water and a couple of chocolates and promised us a 30% discount for next time. We’re from Italy so that’s no use to us.

We demanded a full refund which was denied. They offered a 20% refund instead with the logic that since we missed 1 room on 4, we missed 1/4 of the value which would be 25% so it was even wrong.

In our opinion: the experience was ruined since we skipped 1 room on 4 total rooms and since we got scared and anxious, we couldn’t fully enjoy the last room. The worst part is how they handled the resolution, demeaning our discomfort saying stuff like “there was no danger, it happens with kids all the time”. It shows that their safety standards are not that high, just like how much they care about customer satisfaction.

In the end we paid a little less than 500.000 toman so we refused both the discount and the 20% refund. The room was great but the safety standards and the service are awful.

The best escape room located in the city of Tehran. If you're not scared easily, it would be a very enjoyable ride. If not, hold on mates, because it's going to be a long day. (P.s for the psycho scenario, a friendly reminder. Don't go late at night. You've been warned.)

It was our first experience in an escape room. « War room » was a very nice first experience I would say. We probably could not finish without the hints, but it was joyful. The team were also friendly. Overall, I would definitely recommend « war room » for pros.

nice experience. it takes about 1hour.
they send some hints via a screen. in some steps, i felt that they sent the hint very early. it seems that they made us winner.

We played the “War” room! It was good. The level of complexity was ok (not too hard), but it seems that it is the hardest game that they have! What we didn’t like about it was too many hints that they gave us while we were playing!
They have 4 rooms in total, two of them are horror escape rooms
