Fantastic entertainment Mediocre almost inedible steak. Mac and cheese was great very unique flavor. Cake was very good. Overall very expensive and overpriced we paid $220 in total for two 3 course meals $7 up-charge per steak(Don’t get the steak.) had to pay extra for one alcoholic drink and one soda. You will be charged a 18% gratuity for the whole staff and also be expected to tip the waitress separately.
If you enjoy Tim Burton movies than you will like this place. It’s fun, “It’s Halloween all year round” definitely describes this place.
After having a couple of cocktails at dinner we went here for some more drinks. Drink menu look great and the presentation is awesome with the dry ice which makes the drinks bubble and smoke, which is cool.
Truth is the drinks are pretty bad to say the least, too sugary and not appealing. In our group of 5 not a single one of us finished our drinks. We also ordered fries and they were fine but nothing to write home about.
All in all my group (several of them big Tim Burton fans) all agreed coming here was a real let down and the worst place we ate or drank at on our trip. Go if you love Tim Burton and enjoy the ambiance and atmosphere, but do your taste buds, stomach and wallet a favor and just order a beer and ask them if they’ll add some dry ice to it, I wish I did.
Also, the reviews about the added gratuity is true, 18% is added automatically, regardless of party size. When cashing out they don’t really bring it up, and if you pay in cash they still ask if you’d like change back. So just keep an eye out for that.

I came to New York for this restaurant and was not disappointed. I enjoyed the decor and the food was fantastic. The waitress was a lovely woman. If I'm ever in the city again I will definitely go back.
This had been on my bucket list ever since I heard of it. The themed food did not disappoint! My poison shot was perfectly spooky and delicious. The entertainment was fun and the actors were great! I had the Cheshire Mac n cheese, Sweeney Beef (with "razor), and Bread Pudding. The presentation of the food kept on theme!
Make a reservation! If you love Tim Burton movies and great food, this is the perfect spot.

This was an unforgettable experience. My teen and tween loved it as did I. It's a small place, so def make a reservation. It is themed around Beetlejuice, Addams Family, Nightmare Before Christmas and other equally macabre classics. The decor was awesome. The food is also horrors themed, but not corny, scary or gross. It was also some of the best we had in NYC. (The one reviewer must have been having a bad day!) It is a set price of $60 for app, main course, and dessert which found reasonable since there are also periodic performances. We saw Beetlejuice, Wednesday Addams, and Elvira, they even come by to talk with you and have pictures. Although they have a menu for smaller kids, this is a PG13 type situation. A really good time and perfect way to wrap up our trip.
Spooky songs and food = Such a vibe!! The decor, the performances, the staff and the food made this such an enjoyable experience. You do need to make a reservation on Yelp, and it is a Fixed priced menu with amazing options and plenty of Vegan/Vegetarian options. The staff were absolutely amazing and friendly and the performers made sure to give each table that special love and attention. While it may seem a little pricey the quality of the food is worth it and this helps keep the performances alive. If you are looking for a cool outing with friends or a different vibe for a date, Beetle House is for you. They even sell some of the oddities and decor in the back room.
Really cool place. The decorations and atmosphere are spectacular.
You're not going to be saying how great your server was upon leaving. Our server was talking care of what looked like 8 or more tables in a small, crowded room. So, she was busy. We all walked in at the same time, at opening, at 4pm. so I got the lack of attention.
You're not coming here for the food. However, it was really good. Each plate has its own name and special features. It was a little dark, which makes it hard to really appreciate the artwork and creativity that goes into each plate. But you will get the picture. The drinks before dinner had their own flare and appealing look and taste.
You will be talking about your experience with the show while you're dining. Interactive show, taking pictures, and talking to the cast was what we enjoyed.
Just walk around and enjoy the atmosphere and artwork on the walls and in the bar area. Have fun. That is what this place is about... Halloween is every day here !!!

This place was awesome. First thing was service; we were a group of six that had to do three separate reservations, but were able to all be seated together. The food was delicious and the 3 course meal was justily priced. The characters however were what truly made the place. The audience participation helped make things stand out. If you ever get a chance to visit do it, you won't be disappointed.
