Collection is good though on weekend it was tooooo crowded
I bought an Insole which was of bigger size by mistake and when realised and went to replace that with the right size, the staffs denied stating it was used. I had the insole kept unused due to size issue but they were not ready to understand at all. Even the shop manager displayed a horrible attitude. Never going back to any Deichmann store nor I recommend this to anyone. There are various other Multi brand shoe store which offered a much better customer service and experience.
Pathetic experience 🥴🤮

I was there last week and tried many shoes then bought one. While trying on shoes I had put my phone on one of the boxes and forgot to take it.
I went out and realized my phone is not with me and ran quickly back to the store. I was very scared to have lost my phone, so when I went inside and they asked for my vaccination proof I got more stressed (i couldnt show them because its in the phone).
I didnt find it and went outside. Then the girl who asked for vaccination told me to come back and she would look with me. And I found it.
I must say this was a great exerience at the store, them wanting to help and not giving up.
It was a young fit girl with some dark curly hair.
Thanks alot!
