Just grabbed an oat milk cappuccino. Fast service, clean space, friendly service, good coffee. 👍🏽
I love their coffee in Brooklyn, so we walked into this place to grab a coffee and literally couldn’t believe how hot it was inside. We couldn’t even endure the heat in line for 5 minutes. I felt awful for the employees that had to work through this heat all day. It was way hotter than the 88° humid weather outside. I really hope the owners have someone coming to fix the air conditioner problem, because it shouldn’t be legal for them to have anyone work under those conditions.
So I live in Chelsea i am
a regular client and usually always have a good experience. I’ve recommended many people to this place from my workforce The coffee and food here is amazing, but
What I can say is The staff on Saturday mornings are always very rude. I explained to the manager when he took my order he made a mistake with the drink that was made he refused to make it over and instead took a hot latte and poured it into a over filled ice cup, spilling some of my drink doing so. I know customer service and this isn’t it and I’m Positive East one wouldn’t want this type of staff representing their company.

I have had one of the best black coffees here. Fruity, great lingering aftertaste. I try to come as often as possible. So I’m lucky that’s not far from work. Additionally, they have a tasty cheddar scone and my favorite rosemary buttermilk biscuit. Cool spot to seat and write. I made some photos dim inside out because of the floor to ceiling windows. Great street views. The baristas are friendly and know what they’re doing. Great place overall.
Excellent espresso and coffee beans to take home. I bought the Marco Fidel Lopez beans, very flavorful, nice medium roast. The service was warm and so friendly. The space looks spacious and comfortable. Honestly my new go-to for coffee.
Came here at 8am on a Friday morning and there were only 4 people inside. No line to order coffee and plenty of space to sit and work or read. I really like their coffee too, I ordered the honey latte with oat milk and it was yummy!
This one was a bit of a mixed bag. I was disappointed to learn the row of Marco SP9s are not in use and so no pour over is available, but the washed Guatemalan on drip was fine. The Colombian double anaerobic on espresso was a pleasant surprise: citra hops and bright fruit acidity in the shot even came through in the latte (though the milk texture on the latte was a little lacking - bubbles not quite fully incorporated). It's not often a tasting note like "iridescent" makes sense, but this was one of those times!
Came in today because my regular coffee shop was closed. I'm a tea drinker and they were out of Earl Grey (it happens -- it is the best after all). The staff was wonderful about it and helpful in selecting another option. I decided to try a pot of Chai.
This is the first good experience I have had with Chai in several years (food poisoning in college). And the atmosphere could not be beat. I got my own teapot and cup, the staff (as mentioned before) was wonderful, the music was upbeat but not oppressive, the space is full of light, and there are spaces to sit alone and with groups.
It's really aesthetically pleasing and pair that with with good food and drink? Total winner. And it's right on the corner so there is no hunting if you're trying to meet someone.
Menu in pictures. They do have some gluten free and vegan options.
