I went for Back to Mac program but one of their saleswoman told me that this program has been stopped. I double checked it on their website and got to know that saleswoman completely lied.

I bought few things for my wife as I know the brand well. The staff need training I suppose on patience but if you know what you want (my case) it will be fine. They sure don't like it if you are there to look, check and choose.

MAC is MAC. Except in this store you feel always rushed, you feel you involuntarily annoy some people, so in the end the experience is not the best. You take your products and go search for inner peace.
