Disgusting behavior from one of the workers who I assume is the manager or owner. My son picked out what he wanted and sat down, as I was choosing what I wanted and getting ready to pay for his and my items she told my 3 year old he has to pay first and snatched the item out of his hands. Told him to not play with it and put it back. Don’t trust a location that treats children like that. He was not running around, he just sat down and waited. They also had moldy bread options so I’m glad I just left instead of giving them my business. Never going here again. If you’re a parent, do not come here.

I’ve been here twice so far. The environment is clean and cozy. Presentation and display of food is nice. The lady at the register has been super sweet both times and took my numerous orders well. I was with my children the second time, so I went to the register multiple times. She’s very organized and attentive.

•Their sandwiches are really good (not pictured, I had them on my first time coming here, which I didn’t take pictures of) and you can ask for it to be warmed/toasted, though I ate mine cold (not their fault, I didn’t ask).

•Their Frappes are really good. This time I had a caramel one but so far my favorite of theirs is cookies and cream. It’s very smooth and not overwhelming.

•The macarons are good too, just super high on the calories and sugar for a single one though.

My Cons about this place are that some, not all, but some items don’t have a date listed on them.

•These chocolate chip cookies seemed a bit stale so I’m not sure how long these in particular were sitting out, but that’s on me for grabbing and not checking/asking.

I noticed some of their breads, cookies, and sandwiches are hard to tell if they were baked fresh or have been sitting for a while. You’ll only know upon taste/asking.

Lastly, I feel it’s a bit overpriced. Close to $7 - $8 for the frappe alone. I spent close to $80 for about 7 items on the menu 🫤. I want to like this place a lot, this place has huge potential it just needs a bit more improvement with maintaining freshness, especially for the prices asked.

Willing to give it another shot at some point though.

Interesting modern takes on mochi. Some fairly healthy desserts but not calorie free.

The coffee is reasonable as are the related products.

Some room for one or 2 people to sit and relax.

Very clean.

I came here based on the Yelp reviews and pictures. I tried the green tea shaved ice cream and the caramel macchiato. The four stars are for the customer service, ambiance and cleanliness.

This is located in a quiet neighborhood... it actually seems kind of too quiet. We didn't even realize that the coffee place is located there.

The ice cream was good, not too sweet, which I like. However, it was a HUGE portion and not cheap. Maybe it is meant to be shared, but i feel like they should offer smaller portions. The ice cream fish cone was pretty stale, I was looking forward to eating it. It came with a side of red beans, which I did not touch.

The coffee beverages were amazing. I ask for very little caramel and that's what they gave me so I definitely appreciate that. I didn't think to ask if they had alternative milk options such as coconut milk or soy milk.

The cafe itself was very clean...including the dining area and bathroom. The staff was very nice. I noticed a lot of people come with their laptops and sit there and enjoy. It has an extension with more seating.

I'm not a local so the chances of me coming back are pretty slim, but I would highly recommend this place.

My 5⭐️ is going straight to their ✨shaved ice!

I highly recommend the 🧡persimmon one! It was soooo rich, creamy, and huge. Even hard to finish by 2 people.

Went in the store around 6:45pm or so to get a cup of mocha frappucino. When I got my order, I took a sip and it tasted like chocolate milk shake. Thought I was wrong, so I took another sip, I confirmed no coffee taste. So I asked the employee who took my order and made it (a guy), if there's any coffee in it. He said , "No. No coffee. It's just chocolate syrup, espresso SYRUP and ice cream." I told him oh this is the first time I had mocha without coffee in it. He just apologized. I left with dissatisfaction and disappointment. The mocha frappe here is basically frigging CHOCOLATE MILK SHAKE LOL!!! I didn't taste any espresso at all because it's just syrup. The whole cup of mocha frappe was full of sweetness. That's all. Not to mention it's super overpriced too. $7.02 including tax. Not again!

If you are like me, can't take full cup of coffee, and prefer mocha, Paris Baguette has the best mocha imo. Even the largest size of mocha frappe there is less than $6 (not including tax). Good coffee. I've tried Starbucks in various locations, none of them really tastes good (but at least they're not milk shakes lol). The taste is not standardized among all Starbucks.

Great place for some shaved ice. I came in and ordered a green tea shaved ice. I didn’t get an ice cream scoop like the pictures show but it was okay. It’s definitely refreshing and i love the toppings they put with the mochis.

We visited Coffee Factory a few years ago and their shaved ice bowl impressed us so much. The decor was simple, clean and bright. The outdoor dining is currently available with lots of tables.

There is a great variety of options on their menu and they also serve desserts and pastries which looked not so great. The staff was cool and reluctant.

Our matcha shaved ice was missing the ice cream on top but we didn’t want to waste time for argument. The ice bowl was delicious especially for the matcha which was not too sweet and had a great balance with other ingredients.
