The services they offer are very appreciated. Great Customer service. The NOTARY are fast and very professional. Thank you Jonathan for being there whenever we need to notarize some documents. You're such a nice person.
Need a Notary? The UPS store has a Notary Monday - Friday. I needed something notarized and I was pleased with the diligence in reviewing the documents first. I recommend calling ahead to confirm times.
Pretty horrible people working here. Extremely rude, and of absolutely no help. Apparently you are unable to package your own package with your own tape inside the store?? UPS corporate said this was absolutely not a thing when called so definitely just scummy business practices to get you to pay for their overpriced packaging service, hopefully corporate addresses this. Go to another UPS store and save yourself a headache
Amazing customer service! Josh is super helpful and friendly. His notary stamp has saved me several times.
Jonathan was very knowledgeable & helpful getting my box shipped to Beecher, Illinois. I highly recommend this store on Broadway & 97th St. In NYC. Give him a raise.
John always gives consistent A+ customer service. He even went out of his way to return items that I left in the store. John deserves a raise/promotion. 🌟
Understaffed. Regularly closes in the middle of the day for long breaks because they only have one person working. Improperly packed a lamp of mine and it was totally busted by the time it arrived.
I wish I had asked the customer service person his name. The line was outside the store, and he was working alone. He was courteous and efficient. He didn't lose his patience at all. In fact most of the customer service employees are courteous. Shout out to the customer service employee who worked Monday, 5/22/2023 @ 5 PM. I told him verbally, he was the best!
