The most confusing starbucks ever. employees are great. service is good. just name it a barnes and noble coffee shop or even XYZ coffee shop.

Starbucks isn’t the best coffee but this one is terrible. I just wasted my money for a drink that went into the trash within 5 min
Please check the milk regularly. Today I got pumpkin spice medium size latte it was hot one. After I drunk immediately went to restroom 4 times! It must be bad milk. Crazy! Btw I have no problem with milk or any dairy products.
I dont think you can use your sB app to order here because the coffee shop is actually a Barnes and Noble, but they do sell only starbucks coffee and have the full menu. They also have snacks and pastries 🍰 😋
I normally wouldn’t rate the local Starbucks but each time I’ve stopped here for coffee it’s been a bit lacking. Either the order is wrong, the coffee is weak or the baked goods are stale. Because it’s attached to the Barnes and Noble I’ve ended up here quite a bit and need to keep reminding myself this just isn’t up to the usual Starbucks standards. The best part here is that it accepts Barnes and Noble membership so there’s a 10% discount but you can’t use Starbucks points either.
I came this morning, when there were no other customers and two employees behind the register. I simply ordered two hot drinks and a sandwich and it looked like a friend of the cashier came by. I was still waiting on my sandwich and it was put on the counter and their friend grabbed it, and proceeded to take it out the bag and quickly tried to put it back after realizing it was mine. The cashier tried to play it off as if I hadn’t watched the entire thing. I asked for a new one because it was already touched and I was given attitude. They literally put the old sandwich into a new bag within seconds of me asking for a new one… I just threw it away and didn’t bother asking further more.
I've been happy with this Barnes & Noble and the Starbucks inside consistently is well staffed with friendly people. Their dessert selection is outstanding! They always have a variety of beautiful treats that are often better than what I can find in local bakeries. It makes me look back to college days of hanging out in bookstores and browsing through something new while snacking on something delicious!
Unfortunate the people below have left poor reviews. My experience here has been amazing. Great environment, serving is fast. Pretty sizable considering it exists within the Barnes and Noble store.
It definitely is a Starbucks. If anything, this place has way more than the other Starbucks' at the Rio.
