I was there 2 weeks ago, unable to pay for the item because of fire alarm. I already knew what I want and just want to pay for it. Showed up at the store 10mins before closing (unfortunately, being held up at work and tried my best to get here). I am going to visit my husband overseas next week and the shirt is a gift. The staff won't let anyone in despite I saw the T-shirt hanging there being available and there is only 2 people at the check out PLUS there is still 10 mins before store closes.

I even asked her to grab it quickly and I will just meet her at the check out counter if she won't trust me or concerns about I may walk around and browse. Told the staff that I knew what I want and will be in and out, and explained that I live an hour away. She won't allow me to go in nor simply pay for the item at the checkout. At that time, where was no line up at checkout and there were only 2 people being helped already.

It is understandable that she wants to get off work on time. However, I could have come in and out in less than 5 mins. Sadly, the team demonstrated very poor customer care and no sympathy.

You should update the store hour to 6:40pm if you won't let people in after that at least I won't spend the time rushing here after work.

Great promos in store not seen in retail locations. Items were grouped together, making it easier to know where to look. All staff were friendly and helpful but I want to give a shout out to Michelle. She went above and beyond to help me find the items I was looking for, checked for sizes and colours as well as suggest similar items if something wasn’t available. Definitely felt my visit was successful.

I had a great experience here today with the help of a sales associate named Emily. She helped me with sizing and all my different options and went above and beyond with her customer service. Looking forward to my next shopping experience here

I have gone to this location a few times so far and have found nothing for myself, but my partner has been able to find some things here!

There are a variety of styles; just not a many smaller sizes. Plenty of larger sizes, but not lots of smalls or mediums. Czarina was super helpful and not pushy at all. I was able to leave the store making a purchase and my partner as well.

Stopped in while I was in the area. Got some good deals compared to some locations in the states!

I got 2 red Canada crop top hoodies for $29! Such a steal as in the states they would price it at $79 the least.

They also had good deals for shorts as well.

I recommend this location and would return back.
