Kentlands Place

Shopping center has lots of businesses on site, including restaurants. There is ample parking available.

Very happening place, lot many options to dine-in. Good restaurants in the entire square, ambience and environment is really nice. Very good place to hang out and spend quality time with family and friends. We went to Thai Tanium, food was decent.

Here you'll find a huge "Party Store"; "LOWES"; and a "GIANT Food" grocery store. That's just to name a few among many other stores, shops, and boutiques.

To name the restaurants that are throughout this shopping center would take a ridiculously long time, and the list would eventually begin to feel longer than it needs to be.

The only store that comes to mind, that's worth EVERY PENNY to steer clear of, is "Whole Foods". Their prices are ridiculously high!

Why would anyone in their right mind want to pay $200.00 + for just a handful of grocery bags? When you can wisely spend that same $200.00 at the "GIANT Food" that's across the parking lot, and purchase an entire week's worth of food to feed a nuclear family (a family of four)?

Besides "Whole Foods", you simply can't go wrong with visiting this location.

Delicious lunch at Not Your Average Joe's on the outdoor deck. Gracious waiter Max allowed us to stay a while for some community planning conversation. We will be back.

Pretty good shopping center. Has most everything you'll need. Lots of food options, home decor, booze, home improvement, etc... No one that drives in this shopping center has any idea how to park their car. Fair warning.

Great tasting Indian food. Love their Dosa and Chaat. Also in North Indian food Shahi paneer is good, wont say the best, but still good. Veg Manchurian is good as well.
Hot bread has great variety of cakes including eggless ones. Butterscotch and Black Forest are the best. Tres latche is amazing as well.Tried Nankhtai which is traditional Indian cookie, did not like it at all. Otherwise amazing variety, loved it over all.

The Kentlands is a nice planned community in Gaithersburg, Maryland. There are all types of excellent dining, entertainment, and other shopping opportunities in the actual downtown Kentlands Place...proper...! A large portion of the retail center has recently undergone some renovations and looks very, very nice.

National chain restaurant with good food and service. Restaurant takes reservations. Tables and booths in the bar area are first come first served. Rhea's Norwegian Salmon, a special entre item, was excellent. We sat in the bar area without a reservation and received fast attentive service.
