Me and my friend went to Sirens in Dixie Mall - 1250 S Service Rd Unit #88, Mississauga, ON L5E 1V4.
My friend wanted to try on a dress so we headed to the trail area. We did not see any one assisting and checked to find someone. We saw one open change room with some clothes left . Since the door was wide open And we couldn’t find anyone She went in and was changing. Then a girl came in saying she was using the change room and her stuffs was inside.
I let her know that there is someone in there and she started knocking which also scared my friend.
The employee came there are started knocking too even after realizing that there is someone who is trying to change and get out the room.
Once my friend came out employee very angrily said that you know its her change room.
And my friend- like a good human being apologized promptly and so did I but the staff was very rude towards us. We left the store immediately and my friend was crying after this and experience.
The room was left open and the whole trial area was unattended . Even though we went inside thats not how anyone representing a brand should be behaving..!!!
Horrible place to shop from and most horrible experience to have as a human being.

I wound not have given even a single star and its for a sake, I went to a changing room which was entirely open and had some clothes inside.

Then i saw that room because it was open and I was in the middle of changing and i heard a knock and the girl said its occupied, well HOW IN THE WORLD I WOULD KNOW THAT ITS OCCUPIED WITH NO LOCK, NOBIDY OUTSIDE GUIDING, NOBODY IS SECURING THAT ROOM IF ITS OCCUPIED,
How m I supposed to know that few clothes inside are the belongings of the customer or some random customer left those things in the corner because he/she didn't like those?
that whole area was unorganized, the person who is working there should be staying outside so that other customers are know to what's going on!
As per me as a customer, why would i go outside once I'm trying something on and even if I'll go out, there should be having someone outside (an employee) whole i can tell if I'm leaving my stuff inside and roam outside for 15 minutes
to get more stuff?
After talking to a manager also, she did not give a damn and said she can't stay there for all the time.
Then my question is that if they don't have enough staff who can assist us?

Visited this store for the first time with my wife and surprisingly they had a really good women clothing options with reasonable prices. They had good variety of stock with many items on sale.
This store has great clothing options for women at a bargain price. However, one must take extra caution while purchasing the cloths as purchases are marked as final sale. Suggest to check cloths for any damages before leaving the store. Staff are not at all in the mood to provide any customer service and provide information or assistance when needed. They are unfriendly, unprofessional and arrogant. In summary, a good bargain store with bad staff.
My daughter misplaced her phone in the store today. Staff told her they turn off the cameras on the weekends so they can’t check!!!! When security asked to check if cameras were off they refused. She pinged her phone and showed it was still in the store. I want head office to contact me. Something does not add up here. Waiting on a reply
I recently visited this store for the first time and was disappointed by the customer service. While the prices and products were great, the associate I interacted with provided incorrect information and responded rudely when I pointed it out. This encounter left me disheartened and ruined my day. It was clear that the associate lacked basic customer service skills and manners. I've never experienced such poor customer service in this city before. I had hoped for a better experience as a first-time visitor, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I had hoped for a pleasant experience as a first-time visitor, but the associate's rude and unprofessional conduct left me disheartened. It is disconcerting when a simple inquiry is met with such hostility, especially when I maintained a friendly demeanor throughout the interaction. I believe that customer service should prioritize respect and courtesy, regardless of any mistakes made.
Wish there was an option for zero stars. The manager was so rude and they refuse to mention the policy to their customers. She was condescending and called us a liar even after we told her that her staff who wasn't properly trained did not mention anything about the policy. That is my last day in Sirens overall. No apology from management and no accountability.
You know what I love ur clothes, the service was nice, prices are good. I get home and my one shirt I bought (I have the receipt for it) has the black tag that's literally meant for anti shop lifting and it was never removed.... I live couple hours away so now I gotta attempt to go and get it fixed.
