NOT for URGENT care. I just arrived with a boiled water injury without skin on my hip (I could hardly walk in and informed the receptionist of my condition) and was told to wait 4 hours. The room was full of people from 3rd world countries leisurely playing on their phones, etc., with no urgencies like mine. Drug-screening, employment form filling, vaccines, etc. How is that urgent care? The care there is NOT URGENT. Go elsewhere, if in need.
Service was good but wait was very excessive for a pre employment screening. They should let the people need to take an urineanalysis go instead of making them wait over an hour.
I recently visited this drug testing center and was thoroughly impressed by the level of service provided. The staff was not only professional and knowledgeable but also exceptionally courteous and attentive to my needs. The efficiency and care they demonstrated made what could have been a stressful experience, quite comfortable. I truly appreciate their commitment to superb service and would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of reliable and respectful drug testing services.
I wanted to extend my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional care I received during my recent visit. I arrived with a cut finger in need of stitches, and I was promptly attended to.
Dr. Martin Liss and Tori demonstrated remarkable professionalism, coupled with genuine kindness and patience. Despite the discomfort I was experiencing, they both managed to lighten the mood, making me laugh and helping me relax during what was my first experience receiving stitches for an injury.
Their compassion and attentiveness made a significant difference, during what was a challenging 24 hours for me. I am truly grateful for their outstanding care and commend them for their dedication to providing exceptional service.

The staff was courteous and professional. Answered any questions that I had. I was seen within 15 minutes of arrival time and I was out in less than 30 minutes.
I went to complete the medical clearance for new employment and was a little nervous at the number of people lined up before they even open the doors. However I am pleased to report that once the doors open, the staff do an excellent job navigating the crowd and quickly processing client's needs. I was in and out in less than one hour and when I returned, I was seen on less than 15 minutes. It is a clean, professional environment, but most importantly, the staff are very nice and seem to actually care about the work they do so well.
Nice and caring staff explained what I had to do well and not in a rushing or anger tone that most other staff members have. They were nice and took there time to make sure I understood and got done what I needed to get done.
I went in last week to do a drug test for my new job. The place was pretty clean the staff at the front desk for really nice and respectful. The doctor that took care of me definitely a five star review for him even though it was a long wait it was a pretty comfortable and clean area
