I have visited this lounge on a few occasions, but my most recent experience in September 2023 left me somewhat disappointed. The food selection was quite limited, and the overall cleanliness was lacking. One significant issue was the presence of insects and pests in the area, with numerous cockroaches spotted on and around the tables. Additionally, the seating appeared worn and in need of replacement.
On a positive note, the staff members were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, treating all guests with courtesy.
Note: It is imperative that they address the pest issue promptly by implementing mandatory pest control measures.

Located in Terminal 1's opposite of gate number 22, is a pleasant place to spend time with good meals. If you have a credit card, you could be able to visit the site for an incredible price between 02 and 30 INR. The restaurant serves a wide selection of morning meals, including English breakfast, south Indian breakfast, and a few alternatives from north India. You may get omelette, dosa, and idli at the live counters. The crews were incredibly friendly, helpful, and cool. Despite possible crowds, the space is tidy and cool.

4. My hdfc, Citi, SBI and ICICI Credit/debit card didn't help. American Express and Vodafone postpaid plan came to the rescue.

Crazy crowded. Small lounge. That said, what can you do? We all want to visit for a free meal.
That said the food was great. Frequently, the staff would check the quantity and quality of the food.
The paneer was soft, the pasta was tasty, but there were no vegan options. And don't buy beer healre unless you just need to throw away money.

Some things really need attention here. Like the seats. Covers are torn. Springs hurt. Masala chai tasty but cold.
Decent lounge with good Space, but always occupied just like any other lounge.
Food was good and nice varieties. Wifi was good too, you can do your work. Staff behaviour was nice. Tea and coffee are worst, skip them if you can. Bar was also available (but obviously not included with entry fee).

Situated at Terminal 1, first floor. If you have departure from gate 21 to 30 then it's a suitable place to rest in this lounge. The lounge has three different sections inside, first is a bar to have various types of soft and hard drinks. The second section is for food, where you will get veg and non veg foods, though in the veg section they have limited options but the food quality and service is quite good. And the third section is for doing rest and business meetings/discussion type of things..

The lounge was overcrowded...Dinesh Anthony and Riyaz were coping up with a lot of stress. But service motto is always seen. The food options both vegetarian and non vegetarian were great. Live counter was good too with Maggie..bread vada..khari
Nikhil s leadership..staff ...handle entry counter to relaxed seating..hot food by chef Anand...table counter replenishment...all just professionally managed
