This Popeyes is a joke. The drive thru is consistent at taking forever (even when its dead). If you have the displeasure of ordering inside be sure to have time available because they don't care. Customer service is absolutely atrocious. No manners and if they get one thing correct its consistently messing up your order. Its not worth. Run.

We walked in and they were a little busy. As we waited 15min I realized no one in the restaurant had food yet, and only saw one person handed food. THEN when said food was handed out, the employee read off 3 receipts to people trying to figure out who's food that was and he couldn't figure it out. He didn't know which receipt it matched or anything. Then it seemed to be wrong and was supposed to be to go. After this and reading reviews we left. There's no reason a NEW location should be this bad. Train your employees or hire people with at least some experience. Too busy of a location for this terrible of service.

This location is a disaster. Tried to order mobile pick up first. The system wasn’t online. Walked into the dinning area instead and there were 10-15 people who had already paid and were just waiting on food. The cashier was rude. The whole crew of employees were only working on getting drive thur food prepared and delivered. I didn’t even order because the cashier started yelling about why are people waiting.

Worst Popeyes of my life. Inside was closed without any reason posted. Waited 40 minutes in the drive thru with only about six cars in front of me. Once I finally got my order they had forgotten the biscuit and gave me the smallest tenders I have ever seen. Also ordered the new bacon and cheese chicken sandwich that didn't come with any cheese. Worst fast food experience of my life. Would not recommend anyone go there.

ELEVATED SERVICE

Don't let the title fool you, there is nothing high end about the service you will receive at this location; however, you will receive order takers that are high, extremely high. I don't frequent fast food establishments, but I have been waiting for this location to open for a year, as many of us have, so I took a shot in the dark and tried it out. What a mistake. I came through the drive thru to order for myself and children and was greeted by someone who at first sounded pleasant however after starting to order realized that the employee was never going to be able to comprehend what I was asking for due to whatever substance they were currently using. I asked multiple times for the order to be read back and every time they were wrong. It's was only 3 meals. Simple, no substitutions. After several failed attempts at getting the order correct I proceeded to the window in hopes in was just an issue with the speaker. That is when I saw first hand it wasn't an issue with the speaker but an issue with the employee being unable to comprehend anything I was saying to them. I was not the only car that unfortunately went through the same issue. This should not be allowed in any working job, especially when serving the public. Thankfully another pleasant gentleman was able to take over and help get the order out. Don't waste your time coming to this location, go to any other location.

The restaurant was well kept and the staff, while clearly green, were friendly and approachable. Unfortunately their order accuracy isn't the greatest. Our chicken sandwich with cheese and bacon was left out and when notified they did replace it - with the wrong item. After multiple confirmations that it was the right sandwich it turned out to be a blackened chicken sandwich which unfortunately isn't to our tastes. They forget some sauces too, but were more than happy to provide them upon request. Everything else tasted great and was fine; they just need to work on accuracy.

Charged for items not received; served regular chicken instead of spicy chicken.

When returning to venue for purpose of exchanging the regular chicken for spicy chicken and getting the red beans & rice we paid for, but did not receive, manager chose to insinuate we were scam artist even though we had full order of wrong chicken. Manager chose to accuse us of scamming them rather than righting they’re wrong.

Whatever you do make sure you empty and reload the bag in front of them before leaving the store otherwise you will get cheated if they short you on your order or deliver the wrong item.

I would give this store zero stars if I could.

Newly opened Popeyes! The food was fresh, even though we got there 30 mins before closing. The biscuits were very buttery and even edible the next day!! I hope they keep this energy forever. Wonderful staff that was helpful and nice.
