I feel like this place has greatly improved over the past couple of years. It seems the taste and quality of their sushi rolls are much better and the portion sizes of the rolls are bigger. Also, the atmosphere was quiet and laid back, very much unlike another very popular sushi establishment in the area. I was at Kobe today with my fiancé and we ordered the "Tempura Appetizer" and two rolls: the Las Vegas and the Yo! Drew Roll. First we were served the tempura and for $12 we definitely expected more. The taste was great, but it was a single shrimp, three pieces of sweet potato, a small onion ring, and a single tiny piece of broccoli. That was definitely disappointing and not comparable to any other sushi restaurant I've been to who serves the same dish. However I will say that the sushi rolls were outstanding! My fiancé and I were both exceptionally pleased with them and kept talking about them long after we left. Our bill for the three items was $46. Not great, but not terrible. Upon leaving, the staff all waved us goodbye and thanked us for coming in. I recommend this restaurant and will be back (hopefully with a few more pieces of tempura added to my order 😉).

The food was great but definitely pricey. Between sushi house and this place, sushi house was definitely more affordable and tasted better!

Such friendly, helpful people! Great, fresh sushi. The Ebi-ebi roll was amazing!! Restaurant was very clean. Highly recommend. I'll definitely be back.

🐠 I love it when we crave sushi and it’s so fun to find new places in our hometown! We were super stoked when we drove on Walton Boulevard and came across Kobe sushi and grill. This little treasure locally owned and delicious!

🍣 Each roll is perfectly crafted and honestly looks beautiful. I was super thrilled to find out that they have poke bowls as well so you’ll definitely be seeing some future posts about that.

Consistently good service and food. I've enjoyed a number of their sushi rolls in addition to the teriyaki chicken with fried rice. My go to the deluxe ahi tuna bowl. It's a deconstructed roll basically. A bowl filled with rice, spicy tuna, tuna, seaweed salad, crunchies, avocado plus more with a drizzle of Wasabi

Went there with the family to celebrate. Everything was excellent. Weekend prices are a little higher but worth it because of the quality of food. I had the Salmon Bowl and husband had the sushi. Prompt service and clean environment. Small space but it’s cozy. Will go there again for sure.

Medium sized restaurant with sushi and hibachi grill. Menu is diverse with everything from standard sushi rolls to their house special rolls. They also have lunch deals to help guide your choices. Decor is old and could use a refresher but the food makes up for it. Overall a good spot for a quick sushi roll.
