The pin was absolutely wonder full with a great free book mark included. The staffs emails are very friendly and show that they’re always ready if you need any help. The selection of left wing books is amazing on the website which is beautifully designed and formatted. The shipping was also great despite being postponed with no bend in any paper inside the envelope. Would love to go to new your to go to the real store.

I've never seen a more impressive bookstore! The content is amazing and the people working there are so kind and helpful. I got a full tour of their selection - they have books on every subject from world history, to economics, to literary classics. 1804 Books is a great place to learn, meet people, and enjoy some good coffee/food/drinks at the nearby cafe. Couldn't recommend this place highly enough!

I work here so I am a little biased🤣! But I continue to be amazed how this bookstore has grown and evolved. The people here are so creative and makes me love reading again! I encourage everyone who’s interested in learning about how we can build a better world to come visit. The display of books is beautiful and there’s merch too.

A true open space where one can go to relax and get away from the city. Very eclectic, a good spot to take someone on their trip to NY.

Staff is really really super duper friendly! They helped me find the book I want and I just sat there and enjoyed my quality solitude time with the books : ) they have such a comprehensive library that anyone can just spend an entire day there and absorb all the knowledge with the drinks from the People’s Cafe. Definitely going back again!!
