Out of all the Indian restaurants around Gare du Nord, this is the worst one. Biriyani doesn't even taste like biriyani. They claim that they use seeraga samba rice, but I don't think it is true. Never going here again.

After a long wait, planned to visit here in HSR Layout.
1. Tasted the Dindigul chicken Biryani.
2. The paneer biryani also tasted well.
3. Can really make the difference between normal masala and this hotel's masala.

Authentic biryani, Very tasty Vanjarra meen Fry ( Pomfret ) and good ambience to enjoy the food. Must visit when you are in Paris.

A restaurant with a long history but the food is completely opposite. The environment was good but the food taste very bland. Ordered chicken 65 biryani. No flavor in the rice and chicken. But the cashier was very polite and helpful.

It’s a pretty clean place with some delicious food. We had a wholesome meal 🥘. Tasty fish fry, crispy chicken 65 and some mutton biryani.

The menu card, logos and pictures definitely say it is the real Thalappakatti biriyani. But, definitely not the food!

We ordered for chicken lollipop, Gobi 65, mutton chukka, chicken biryani and vegetable biryani. None of them tasted the way it should! Starters definitely failed in terms of crispiness, quantity and taste. Mutton chukka lacked authenticity in terms of flavor, color, consistency and taste. Chicken biriyani was a slight relief.

The most shocking and annoying fact was with the vegetable biryani. There was an actual chicken piece inside the vegetable biryani. In my 40 yrs, never have I encountered such a situation and only vegetarians can understand the pain of such a situation. I couldn't grab another mouthful after this.

Water was served in the most filthy bottle and toilet facility is too small and cumbersome.

Overall it was a nightmare experience and would not visit this place again!

Mutton Briyani was just ok, no spicy and no masala taste.
Egg briyani was nice when compared to Mutton briyani.
Chicken 65 was crispy and nice
Egg noodles and kotthu parotta was ok.

Delicious home made (South Indian style) biryani was a pleasant surprise for us. Mango lassi was also super tasty. Staff member Ms Laxmi was super gracious and helpful.
Just after this sumptuous dinner we were in for a rough ride by a con couple (flouting Dubai story and asking some dumb but leading to a potential rob and run scenario) but our late presence of mind saved our almost perfect first day in Paris. Never take your guard for 1 second in this city is our lesson!
