It says 24 hours but no one is here from 5am-6am ever…. So it’s 23 hours

Really nice attendants. Unfortunately, they are ridiculously expensive. Try spot hero! Cheaper alternative.

Been parking here for years, great guys! They had to go from 24/7 to weekdays only when the pandemic hit. Haven’t restored the hours yet.

Very convenient location for my destination. Very helpful and professional staff. Will use again when I am in this part of NYC.

Very costly for west side highway but I guess because of proximity to 911memorial. Very crowded. Went on a Sunday and they were able to park my minivan and get my minivan within 15 min so that was a good thing.

Carlos (staff member who can't speak proper English) lied about the rates. Was charged $122 for 25 hours. Slow service as they shove your car deep inside their compound. They drive your car as if it's a rental sport car with infinite liability insurance. I'd rather park next to a curb than go there again.

This parking garage is overcrowded with vehicles on a daily basis. In the lower level the cars are packed in so tight that the workers block the exit doors with vehicles. Sometimes on super busy days you can notice employees parking cars on the sidewalk and blocking traffic with vehicles. So if you'd like to pay through the nose for parking, have your vehicle possibly placed on the street, and a potential nightmare when you get your vehicle back the. this is your place!

Otherwise I would take your car to the Battery Park Garage, nice big lot, park and lock, and many more spaces, and way more affordable!

24 parking. We showed up at midnight and the gate was closed, okay fine, I get it. The attendee didn't speak any English. It made things hard. Check out was fine though
