Solid place! We got the Hwe dup bab (sashimi, rice, and vegetables) and jangeo dep bab (eel over rice) and it was solid! They gave jook (porridge) as an appetizer and the banchan (side dishes) were great too. I definitely recommend!

This place is one of the best sashimi/sushi restaurants in New York City. Delicious fish and friendly staff. I would highly recommend.
So yummy and fresh. This place will be a regular go to spot for sure.
Great value for sushi and sashimi. This is a Korean sushi restaurant so you'll see more Korean type sushi and sashimi prices. Price is great for great fresh sashimi and sushi. I also tried the spicy cod stew which was just ok so I'll stick to the sushi/sashimi dishes next time.

If you want some good value with fresh sashimi (Korean style), you should check this place out. We ordered $80 assorted mixed sashimi set and their side dishes came out so much (all of them were so tasty that I couldn’t wait for the fish, my fault). Each sashimi pieces were so so fresh!!! Besides the value of it, their amazing service was one of the reason why you should try this place. I was able to chat with chef and every single waitresses checking on us see if we need anything else.
I live in the neighborhood and this place is blacklisted for me. It was a Sunday night and Northern Sushi was closing so I settled for this place. I ordered five (5) rolls and once I got home I found only four (4) rolls. I decided to go back and unfortunately slipped and all the sushi fell out onto the floor and got mushed together(unfortunately, at this moment I can't even complain that I was shorted one roll). I called and explained to them what happened and if they could offer a discount for me to purchase another order (I'll obviously bring the messed up sushi). The lady over there just said a manager isn't in (ON A SUNDAY NIGHT) and that it's not their fault. I asked only for a discount or cheaper prices for my order, not for free. Blacklisted. The reason I had to come back was because you only gave me four rolls when I ordered five. I'll never come here and warn anyone else about coming here. Instead, go for Northern Sushi or Enjoy Sushi. They're both takeout only but cheaper prices and better quality. Enjoy Sushi took my order even though it was 48 minutes after their closing time. Take a lesson Uh Ga about customer service and accommodation!
