Overall, I wouldn't recommend. Seemed to be run by teenagers who were unprofessional and disorganized. We had a birthday party here. Arrived 15 minutes early, as instructed and there was no where for us to be seated. Someone pointed at the table that was ours but it was covered in another party's trash and personal items. She honestly expected us to go put our giant cake on the table with no free space on it. Bizarre. I had to ask three different people about the messy table before someone realized they should clear it for our party.
They need to have a party check-in only line. About half-way through the party I noticed there were three young adult men at the front greeting people and directing them to check in and party tables but they weren't there when our party arrived.
It was very hard to find our party host to get socks and wristbands for a bulk of the party. Again, I had to ask other people to page her for us. All the included items, like balloons, were not actually at the table, like the package description stated. I would have brought our own balloons if I had known. The kids got a very tiny water bottle which wasn't sufficient but you aren't allowed to bring in outside drinks so you have to pay extra for your party to be properly hydrated.
Bottom line, it was just very inefficiently and unprofessionally run. There seemed to be one person over 25 who was very helpful, but the rest of the staff seemed new, confused or overwhelmed. I would not recommend for a party. The cost is too much for what you get, it's too loud and chaotic for my taste and it's hard to find the kids in your group to do things like cake and presents.

P.S. The bathroom was in dire need of some care.

First let me start with the Pros - we arrived right when they opened so there was hardly any waiting time for the attractions. The place seemed cleaned. The kids got to ride the skyrider several times.

Cons - There were a lot of the activities closed. Why am I paying full price when there is limited activities? Only one working toilet in the women’s restroom. And the other restroom door’s lock was broken.

Over all, I will choose another trampoline park for our next adventure.

Fun place for my 12 year old and she had a blast for 3 hours. I had to make her leave she was having so much fun. I also loved the massage chairs (for an extra fee) while I watched her. So much to do as far as ropes course, trampolines, zip line, climbing wall to keep her entertained. The workers weren’t the most helpful and were cursing a lot in front of little kids. Overall worth the money!

Do NOT go here! We paid $80 and were only able to use some of the trampolines and the rock climbing wall. More than half of the place was out of order, yellow taped "Please do not enter"! The go carts were "out of order", the trampolines with basketball nets were yellow taped "Please do not enter", the ENTIRE ball pit obstacle course in the middle was blockaded and we were told, "do not enter". I asked to see a Manager. When the Manager came, I asked her why most of the attractions were closed. She said (in broken English) "No they not, we just working on them to make it safer, they shoulda told you that at the front!" I said, "Well, we paid full price for these attractions and most of them are closed." She was of no help, at all...very rude (worst customer service I have ever had.) Additionally, the floors looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in months. So, we paid $80 to jump on a trampoline and rock climb, that is it.

This location was tremendously terrible. Bought 3 ultimate passes just to get there and nearly every activity on the pass was closed, and to put the icing on the cake the second shift came in to hide inside the rope course and ride the clock. Kids enjoyed the rock wall in spite of it all

STOP! READ! Going to try to keep to the point.
I have 4 kids 17, 16, 12, 11.
We got the Platinum Pass - with Skydiving.
Huge waste of money literally any other trampoline park will be a better option.

Skydiving - they show you how to do it and if hold onto you in the tube if you struggle or don't get it right away they cut it off and shake there head no at you. You have no time to try to figure it out. Last under 20secs if you don't get the hang of it and then the guy that works there just spends the time playing and doing flips and enjoying himself while you watch.

Virtual Reality - only 2 out of 4 headsets work.

Sky Rider - open if your ok with a fun 60 sec ride but takes them over 5 minutes to get you hooked up and another 5 to unhook you because everything is all tangled up. So if your 4th in line it's a 30mintue wait.

Ropes Course - open

Climbing Walls - open

ProZone Performance Trampolines - The only trampolines open had huge hole in the trampolin! I watch a child almost get seriously hurt as they hopped from one trampoline to another not noticing the hole with poles sticking out. Very noticeable to a parent but not to a hyper 5 year old. I screamed at a random child to stop her in her tracks, which got the moms attention, who ran to her very upset, not having noticed the damaged trampoline in the far corner not roped off. PICTURES

Battle Beam - with very long lines because what else was there to do?

Tube Playground - open for Littles under 50inches

Slam dunk - Closed

Wipeout - Closed

Warrior Course - Closed

DropZone - Closed these are the only trampolines worth any time if your kids are over 7 years old

Edit: also not as big of an issue but definitely headache worthy, their speakers for the music they play threw the whole building are clearly damaged but they are still playing music over them. so it sounds awful can't make out much but if listening to damaged speaks doesn't bother you then not an issue for you.

Welll we got off on the wrong foot when arriving! We were in town for a funeral, so to take the kids minds off of it we decided to visit here. We drove at least a to get here only for us to tell us the wrist bands was only good for 2 hours! Considering the price, a two hour visit wasn’t sufficient! After speaking with a manager, of course he rectified the situation and the kids were off to play. Go carts and the vip line is what they enjoy the most!

Wow talk about a complete DUMP!!! We were excited to book my daughter’s upcoming birthday party here until I actually decided to visit the facility the week before the party in person for a tour. This place is absolutely disgusting, I mean picture yourself literally in a motel or better yet a dirty truck stop. I paid for the platinum package with the additional fee for the suite. Well I uploaded pics of what they call a suite and you can see for yourself it’s filthy. I wouldn’t dare allow my child to walk on this carpet let alone eat anything from their kitchen. The floors were literally tapped with silver duck tape for heaven sake and if that wasn’t bad enough there was trash EVERYWHERE!! The place is clearly not well maintained. And the staff, tuh no CUSTOMER SERVICE. The person behind the front counter was literally watching YouTube in his phone while eating pizza in my face during BUSINESS HOURS and when I approached to ask him a question he told me to give him second to finish eating. Wow, I canceled my party here so quickly and said screw the deposit. I went down the road to Buford location to book our party and let’s just say it was completely night and day. Book at this location at your own risk but I guarantee you’ll regret it, you’d be better off throwing the party in your backyard before giving this dump one red cent! This place deserves NO STARS!!!
