Excellent house to stay in! I felt at home. Thank you so much for the mango the early morning I left! Thank you for the caring and the advices about where to get the boat and compare prices. Thanks so much!!! I hope to stay here again.

I left a review on booking .com but this was not published and it seems they are selective of what reviews to publish. Do not believe the exceptional rated reviews. This is false advertisement.

We booked a family room for 4, for a 12 month old, 14 year old and 16 year old. The room was located at the back of a restaurant, where we had to pass a number of staff cooking in the kitchen.

The room was upstairs and we had to leave the pushchair downstairs near the bins, which ended up attracting a lot of flies and a cockroach.

The shower plate drains in the bathroom were not clean and full of hair and the room attracted a lot of small ants. The bed sheets were also stained yellow. I initially booked for 4 days and asked to them to amend my booking to just 1 day instead because I was not at all happy with the room or location. The staff point blank refused and said no that I would be charged for the full 4 days. Showing them proof of the stained bedsheets, which they claimed were the reflection of the light, they agreed to.change and came immediately within 20 minutes. Eventually after begging and pleading that I did not want to stay there for 4 days we compromised at 2 days and I moved to Kokotel, which for the same price is very clean, x10 better, family friendly, with children’s play area, and much better location with swimming pool. How they can have the Audacity to charge the same price as kokotel is beyond me.

นั่งรถ2แถวสีฟ้ามาจากสนามบิน แต่มาไม่ถึงต้องลงรถและเดินต่อตามถนนใหญ่มาอีก 4 ซอย โรงแรมอยู่ตรงข้ามกับกระบี่ city house (เจ้าของเดียวกัน) เวลาเช็คอินต้องไปเช็คอินที่นี่ เวลานอนต้องข้ามมานอนอีกตึก ราคาถูกนะ สภาพตามราคา บางห้องก็ไม่มีหน้าต่าง ในห้องมีอุปกรณ์ให้ใช้งานคือกาน้ำร้อน,แก้ว,ไดร์เป่าผม,ไม้แขวนเสื้อ,สบู่และแชมพูเหลว ในส่วนของความสะอาดในห้องฝุ่นเพียบเลย ทั้งพื้นและบนที่นอน มีคราบจุดเลือด(ที่เจอ)เหมือนผ้าปูไม่ได้เปลี่ยน ไม่รู้ว่าพนักงานทำความสะอาดบ้างหรือเปล่า ในส่วนของแอร์เย็นดีนะ แต่ฝุ่นในเครื่องแอร์ก็เยอะเช่นกัน เจ้าของบริการดีมาก สรุปมีหลายอย่างที่ต้องปรับปรุง

Small double room, not enough space to move around .
If you stay 2 persons, 2 suitcases can't be together, it's not convenient. There is no elevator as well, so you need to climb up.
Good point is location near local food market( called 'City market') and city center. Including Krabi river walkway.but Bathroom is so spacious.

Big rooms with XL bed, great price also. In the city center of Krabi!! Perfect stay for two days

Nice place to sleep

Surprisingly good. Has everything you need in a great location at a low, low price. Plus it's clean and there's no bugs. Everything worked (A/C, hot water, wifi) plus I was totally surprised by how quiet it is. I only booked it because I got in on the midnight flight and didn't want to spend much on a room I would be in for only 11 hours. Glad I picked this one. No it wasn't the biggest room but they do have bigger ones I saw when leaving. Only complaint is they gave me 2 small blankets instead of one big one that fit the bed. But the 4 nice pillows helped make up for it. Oh, and if you're arriving late, they should tell you you have to check in at the hotel across the street. I got scared when I arrived and nobody was there. Luckily some guest on his balcony at 1am was nice enough to tell me or I'd have slept in the open air lobby.
