Comfort Suites Paradise Island

Before I went away, I read some of the negative reviews about CSPI, and I am here to say that we had a fantastic experience. I have stayed at Atlantis several times and in terms of value, this property far exceeds the value of the rooms we can afford at Atlantis. We were a family of 4 and primarily coming to enjoy Atlantis. It is totally true that you have full access to Atlantis; you just have to pick up a wristband each morning in the lower level of the Royal. Regarding the hotel itself, the room (two double beds with an additional sitting area) was large enough, that I was able to work out in the morning in the sitting area while my family sat in bed. The room also has a separate bar sink and fridge. This was the first hotel I have stayed in since Covid where my room was cleaned every day, we got clean towels daily, and the supplies were replenished daily. That is huge! The breakfasts were no joke. Hot food was served to you. Best grits ever. And Crusoe's, the restaurant, gave us our tastiest meal of the trip (we had the grouper and the bread pudding). I would not hesitate to go back. In fact, it's probably the only place I would stay again because it just makes so much sense!

Let me start by saying this hotel is a 10/10 and I will definitely come back. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. The food was great, the service is amazing the bartenders were very friendly and helpful. The front desk agents were very friendly and helpful. The room was super clean and spacious. And it’s close to the Atlantis I really had a great time and I can’t wait to come back.

Just returned from a wonderful vacation in Paradise. First time staying at The Comfort Suites as we usually stay at the Atlantis.
Will definitely return here as the stay was great.
Friendly staff, very welcoming, accommodating & friendly!
Rooms were fine, bed was comfortable. We did have a problem with the AC in our room however, they were there to look at it right away & it still wasn't cooling so we reported it again and within minutes they were there to switch our room.
The pool was great , not crowded ever!
Crystal at the pool bar is absolutely a gem!
