The employees themselves are very friendly, but it took over 35 minutes to get my food placing a takeout order. I thought maybe I’d missed them calling my name, but it turns out they had to go back to make sure they were even working on it. I see why everyone places online orders here now, you’ll wait half an hour if you dont.
I frequent this Wingstop but this is THE last time y’all get me. Missing wings, short an order of fries! How hard is it to read an order!? So annoying after a long day, pick up food, to get home and not have all of it is wild. I’m so cool on y’all. 🤬
It took well over an hour to get my food. When I finally got it it was cold. Not only cold but the wings were hard and very small. I called the store twice about my missing food only to be told to call door dash. I placed the order directly with them on their website and paid them directly, not door dash. They put me on hold again when I asked to speak to a manager which never happened! Very poor customer service and food wasn't even edible.
Eat here all the time food was always amazing and fresh . Lately I’ve been going and have been disappointed this location has hired new staff and my food has not been the same unless I order on weekends when the original staff crew is there. My food has been under cooked a few times I always ask to have my food remade and they are very nice about remaking it but the time I have to wait I’m not even hungry anymore.
Great wings! The best. I always order on Sundays when the NFL is going full steam. The place is so busy and the staff handles the pressure like Champions. They are very nice and all while being slammed. Highly recommend this location. If you order during the game,be patient.
Modest selection of flavors. I'd like to have slightly beefier chicken wings and more sauce on them. For me the seating area could be about twice as big, but it looks like most people treat this as takeout. It was our first time at one of these. They do online orders ahead of time if you want quicker service. I do like you can refill your own drinks at your own pace. Fries are similar to 5guys, but without all the salt; in fact it's no salt so you might need to bring your own.
If this is their normal product I doubt I’ll become a regular customer. The fries are just sad, mushy strips that obviously aren’t all completely sliced. Crisp is no where to be found…. The chicken was better. Although I ordered original hot and my wife ordered mild. I thought hers were spicier than mine. I also got lemon pepper. The lemon is overwhelming. I think I can only handle one at a time so I’ll have snacks for a while. With the ample staff on hand I’m disappointed in their quality control. I recommend choosing a side other than the fries!
Update .. food was good again and the young lady at the front was very nice ! They told me the wait time would be 25 mins but I had my food within 15 mins ! Food was fresh, but the fries was cut too thick.. not the usually fries they have .. and service was pretty decent this 1st time I went !
