Nice pool where locals get in free. The restaurant attached serves drinks from time of open, and starts serving food and hour after open. The pool is located up the elevator and very easy to spot. Free Parking is available
This place is perfect if you’re looking for a chill vibe and not the Vegas party scene! Grant it we went on a cloudy day but we still had a good time! The manager, Quintera White, is amazing and so professional! She took care of my friends and I and made sure our time at Laguna was top tier! If you book a cabana ask for her and you will not be disappointed! So shout out to her and thank you Quintera for everything! We will definitely be back! ☺️
Just go next door to the palms casino and resort not this one, they have nasty attitudes there and not a welcoming environment. I see why every time I did go there nobody was there!!! I’m happy they were like that to me because I would have never went to the one that’s in the casino . It’s bigger ! The people here are actually nice, respectful and chill good attitudes . I know people need a job but why choose one your miserable at when it’s supposed to be a fun environment instead of just doing better in life and doing a job you actually like and not bitter about . The people who own that place should hire new people so they don’t have people just working there running the guest out and just paying there workers when no one is ever there because of them
Stayed at the hotel bit had so much fun didn't get time to enjoy the pool. On the next stay maybe....only if it's hot in December...hahaha
As a local ,The Palms is my favorite place, since before the renovations.Didnt have great customer service at the pool/pool bar, everyone was rude/boujee , EXCEPT the 1 life guard! Loosen up, its Vegas.
Pool hours are 10-6pm but the lifeguards and security started kicking people out at 5:45pm and was super rude about it. It was frustrating and confusing why post your house if you’re just going to kick people out whenever you want.
Stayed in the hotel because it's off the strip and has great pool. Only to find pool is closed for renovations. There is a very small pool on the other side of the hotel, to accommodate all three hotel towers. There are not enough lounging beds and the water was 'ice' cold nobody could swim in it, I tried twice!
Located on the 6th floor of Palms Place, this relaxing small pool features a full service bar, decent food menu, cabanas, and lifeguards making sure kids aren't annoying other guests. Available to all Palms guests, not just Palms Place, so finding empty chairs can be difficult at times. A great place to soak in the sun until it's too hot, jump in the pool to cool down, lay out to dry off with a drink, then repeat over and over all day!
