The facilities are super nice. Badminton courts are spacious and have plenty of natural light. Customer service is quite okay.

Reservation system is awful: You can't pay online or with a credit card. The online system for reserving the courts is cumbersome and off late does not function at all. You can't reserve more than 2 courts for the same time, it's always 2 courts at 15 mins past the hour and the other 2 courts at 45 mins past the hour. I can't fathom why. Furthermore, for every court you reserve, you need an entirely separate account. All of this could really be improved upon.

Great fitness center - not super modern but rather folksy and welcoming. Membership includes access to the sponsoring sports club, offering team sports and many, many classes (everything from martial arts to dance to Pilates and more). Also features badminton and squash, functional fitness and spinning. Only thing “missing” is a pool (but there is a sauna and steam room). Highly recommended for anyone not interested in anonymity and superficiality.

I participated on an indoor cycling course. Pro:
- It's not necessary to be a member (12/24 months), and you can purchase daily ticket for a good price.
- The course was the best I attended in Frankfurt (tried in 3 different places).
- The staff is friendly, the place is clean.
- Web based appointment booking with "waiting list"
Con:
- you can not use their app with foreign phone number/adress. I tried with hungarian -> not possible to register

I have played badminton here. You can book it and pay on the spot.
Light arrangement are appropriate and court is also fine. Normal shoes are allowed but preferred to have proper badminton shoes.
Changing and shower room are also available at your disposal.

Have all the necessary facilities for indoor games. We Played badminton here and it was good experience. The hourly price is little bit on higher side. They should introduce some Happy hour concept for weekends. Would be great 👍

Only come to play squash. There are 4 courts, but only 2 are available to play, the other 2 are occupied by fitness classes. It can get very busy and booked up on certain days, would be great if more courts could be available. The courts themselves are in good shape and pretty well maintained.

The gym is small and old fashioned, as you can see in almost all reviews. The cardio machines are still from the '90s. Some machines there I have never seen anywhere else, because they are so old. Classes are slow and boring. No foam roller in the gym. Sauna is very small and overcrowded.. Way too expensive for what they offer. I wouldn't recommend or come back.
They continue to charge the membership fee even when the gym is closed due to pandemic. After 3 months contract, they continue to charge for the next 3 months even if you never signed up for it (?). And nobody from the incompetent staff ever said anything about the cancellation notice period (?). This is not how you treat your customers. Shame.
