My wife picked up some shoes this weekend.

It made me very sick about the sales people’s arrogant and snobbish attitude🤷🏻‍♀️we were the only customers walking into the store and they just looked us up and down, did not greet, and didn’t even want to talk with us when we walked around.

For people who shops there, make sure you check your purchase item and receipt before walk out the store. We made a purchase on 7/3/2023, the sale representative brought out the item from the back and told us that’s brand new, and the receipt is inside the box. We didn’t check and leave after we paid. And we just unbox the item yesterday, the shoes were worn and has scratch marks inside the shoes. The receipt also incorrect! We made the purchase on 7/3/2023, the date on the receipt is 1/30/2023!! Please have someone clarify what’s happening here!!

This is hands down the best Jimmy Choo outlet in the US! Clarice is my preferred sales associate and she always goes above and beyond to make her customers happy. Thank you for always providing an exceptional shopping experience and making my designer shoe dreams come true! 💗

Nice clothes, but very rude. Guy with beard and nasal voice literally snatched a boot out of my wife’s hand to show to someone else. Must have decided the other lady looked more wealthy. Insulting horrible people.

Joshua is the best. They did not have my size in the shoes I wanted, but he made sure to have them shipped to me from another store. Not only that but I tried on a billion different pairs of shoes and not once did he complain. He is the best!

Do not purchase anything from this location or brand. At the time of purchase they did not make it aware to me that I cannot return only exchange. Only when I came back to the store to return the shoes that i was aware of the store policies. I stated to the store manager no one told me or did you make a statement about this. Where is the plaque that states the store exchange only no returns "SALES PERSON C945864 Cashier: Manion Erica" reaches behind their messy countertop and puts the plaque up.

Wow if I was her I would have just made the return as a simple jesters to facilitate an angry customer at this point and after that put the sign up where everyone can see it.

Her second wrong attempt was to tell this was a outlet nowhere in the Jimmy Choo sign tells me this is an outlet not even the receipt. Again my customer driven sense of mind let me give him his money and get him out of here somewhat happy but no Remy tells me call customer support. As a manager I am the buck stops here type of person this manager tells a customer call London they can help you I'm just a protocol manager that follows the script.

Sorry this is not LV, Gucci, or Prada store where you can have your money back.

To think this is a high-end acting like a flea market type store. I should just go where they make the fake stuff at least I know I would get a least expensive price and no I'm not going to be able to return. Again I thought Jimmy Choo is high-end.

I would understand if I was made aware of only exchange not return at the time of purchase the onus would be on me.

The store never displayed the purchase policies which i do not understand since it is a high-end. What high-end store does not allow returns.

Is cash flow that bad where you have to trap a customer within your brand. It makes sense why your brand is in such disarray that Michael Kors purchase Jimmy Choo.

Let this be a lesson to anyone going to this store. I was once a fan but I will not shop or even mention this brand to anyone. Oh yeah it is to the store manager discretion if Cashier: Manion Erica wants to return the money; I guess she doesn't feel I deserve it.
