I visited the establishment with the intention of purchasing a single paintbrush but was appalled by the derogatory and disrespectful manner in which I was addressed by the staff. Despite being a customer, I was subjected to an exceptionally rude tone and attitude. Not only was I spoken to in a derogatory tone, but I also felt physically threatened as the staff member stood uncomfortably close and demanded I leave the shop. This level of disrespect and hostility towards a customer is completely unacceptable
This behavior displayed a complete lack of respect and professionalism towards customers. I intend to report this unpleasant experience to the Consumer Protection Department of the Department of Economic Development in Abu Dhabi to highlight the severe deficiency in customer service standards at this business.
