If possible, I would leave zero stars because I have never been treated so rudely and seasons of Japan before. I ordered the chicken yakisoba for the first time today because all I wanted was chicken and noodles. The menu states yakisoba noodles with mushrooms. And then your meat of choice. So I was expecting my chicken and noodles and then I said no veggies. My meal comes out and it’s two spoonfuls of rice, barely any noodles and mushrooms. So I asked them to remake it and not 1, not 2, but 3 people including the manager stood there and argued with me that it was correct even though the menu nowhere says rice. And then when I asked them to just give me noodles and chicken, they tried to bring me back to the register to charge me more money. Not even once were they nice about it either. All rude and annoyed with me trying to get my food.

I asked for a Non-Fried Monster Roll w/ cucumber and let me tell you something!! Not only did they do it, THEY KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK! This will be my go to sushi roll FOREVER!! Everyone should try this!!

I begrudgingly write this review because I love seasons so much. However the Seasons in Pooler has consistently let us down. The latest was the miso soup. It was disgusting and nobody wants to pay $7 for hot water and onion shavings. Just stick to the super bowl.. that never misses.

Had the Large Super Bowl with Chicken, Steak and Shrimp; with mushrooms. If you are hungry it will take care of your hunger. Always fresh and hot. If you want to add something try using the yum yum sauce.

I ordered on Uber Eats when I was in Savannah/Pooler Georgia. It was delicious. I ordered a bowl with chicken and steak with a vegetable base. I got rice on the side. On the app it asked how I wanted the steak cooked, and I think it offered well done, medium well, or something else. I went ahead and checked medium, or medium rare I can't remember. I did not expect it to be cooked that way, I knew it would be chunks of meat. That one I tried it, it was cooked that way! It was cooked the way I asked for it to be. And the meat was tender. I have included a picture of the steak cut so that you can see that it was pink in the middle. I was impressed.
This entree was very tasty! It came with a couple of packets of Japanese white sauce, whatever that is. I think if the white sauce was made the way it was supposed to be, like in an upscale Japanese restaurant, if they even have that, it would taste great. But I didn't like it at all. It was in a packet. Remind me a little bit of a very sweet dressing. Didn't care for it. It was mayonnaise-based with a little bit of paprika, and I don't know what else. I don't understand at all how it would go with Japanese food. That being said, the portions were very generous, and the other sauces I had were delicious. I could have made three meals out of the serving. I made two meals out of it. The second time I ate it I was way too full! So you could definitely stretch this out to two or three meals.

The teriyaki chicken was entirely too salty, did not taste fresh. The fried rice was tasteless, stiff, and hard from being reheated, my zucchini mix was stone cold in the middle as though it came from the refrigerator and wasn't heated long enough. Cost almost 45 bucks for 3 people and was definitely not fit to eat. We did not complain because we didn't want to be ''that guy.'' I've never seen this restaurant so empty of customers as it was this visit, and I can taste why. It's nothing like it used to be, this used to be my favorite place to eat when I'd go to Pooler. After this experience today, and another bad experience back in September 2023, I definitely won't be back to ANY Seasons of Japan locations whatsoever.
