They gave us regular forks instead of lobster forks. Service could be better but I enjoyed the food. Happy they have baked tapioca for dessert.

Food was good, but the service was horrible! We ordered expensive king crab set and they knew it’s the birthday lunch and after we finished lunch, they wouldn’t let us have the birthday cake. The restaurant told us that they don’t do cake cutting service for lunch. Also they told us the king crab set is $380 something but later on they charged us $40 per pound which turned out much more expensive that we thought. Will never go back again

Taste is ok but last piece of pork was raw and server took it away and gave us free dessert as apologies 😳
Free parking lot but always difficult to find parking spot
Free street parking available

Dim sum quality is bad. It doesn’t worth for the money. You can find better dim sum restaurants in Richmond or Vancouver.

The food here was pretty good, and we had a few plates we normally wouldn’t try. There were six of us (four adults and two babies) and they were nice enough to put us at a larger table. The parking lot was large, and there were luckily a few spots left at 10am on Sunday. Giving four ⭐️ because the servers were a bit rude (according to my Chinese-speaking friend), the bill had a mistake, and the bathrooms needed attention.

Our first time here and we were pleasantly surprised. The prices are fair for dim sum, and we had some extra food because the size of the dumplings and portions of our side orders were larger than we expected. Wait staff was attentive. A good experience. Bon appétit !

My friend recommends saying that the dim sum here is good and cheap. Finally got a chance to try it today. First, dim sum like the Shrimp dumplings, beef ball... those are acceptable. Not the best but not too bad. However, the cooking dishes, like the fried rice and the Salt-Pepper Squid Tentacle, are sucks. Very low quality food. They also provide free milk-tea and coffee. Well, it is the gimmick but got negative result. Service is also very poor. Not polite waiter, no smile and no service. Parking is like hell. You need to fight for a parking with other impolite customers. In a result, the first time is my last time. No thank you.

Visit between 10.30 and 11.00 for daily specials! Pork bone congee (enough for 6 pax) for just $2.99 🤩

Free, self-serve coffee, tea and iced tea; innovative marketing for a dim sum restaurant.

We've tried 40% of the items on the menu and none disappointed to date.

To try: (1) truffle shiu mai (pork dumpling), (2) rice rolls with fried dough and fish paste, (3) fried glutinous rice ball with salted egg yolk filling, (4) pan fried shrimp/pork dumpling, (5) baked BBQ bun.

Service is prompt, but don't be surprised by the hustle typical of Chinese dining experience 😉
