A few months ago, I was ordering food here. This ugly guy making my sandwich told me to smile and then bared his super creepy grin at me and it felt honestly insulting and demeaning. I don't think he would've asked me to smile if I were a man. Hope he doesn't continue that behavior with other women who just want to order.
Terrible service manners. The woman serving my sandwich was so rudeeee. She yelled at me for no reason when ordering the sandwich ingredients. The guy who took my order was polite and calm though.
I tried to do the survey online but lost my code! Shamika made my husband’s sandwich with love and care. It was excellent. She is an asset to the organization!
Shamik was super lovely. From start to finish everyone was really great. Sandwiches at potbelly are always solid. Our food was to go.
Open slightly early so we can grap sandwich, salad and coffee in times to ctach morning train. Lovely staff, have a space to sit outside.
I was sitting eating a sandwich I just purchased, and sat at the only table available exhausted from my trip. After sitting there for neaonly 15 minutes, the worker rudely approached me claiming it was a fire hazard to sit at the table. He had no sign indicating it was a hazard or Anything and made me get up! I was so tired from my trip and I was also pregnant! That's not a way to treat your customers, if it's a hard there should be a sign, which would be negligence on pot belly. He was so disrespectful,
Inconsistent—some of the staff were very friendly, but the woman taking orders ignored my first attempts to get her attention, spoke impolitely, and refused to make eye contact. What’s more, I came here within half an hour of opening time all the tables were absolutely filthy. They definitely had not been cleaned since the previous day, or maybe longer ago.
Great place! The staff was friendly and helpful, the place was clean, and had a great selection of food. Their sandwiches are delicious!! The decor is an added benefit, though there's not much time to appreciate it since the short line moves really fast. Finally, the prices were great; a 9-inch pizza sandwiche sub and malt milkshake together cost 12.50 including tax! A perfect score!
