Very informative and entertaining walking tour. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Old Quebec City.
We took the 10am English tour of Old Quebec. The tour was informative and covered a range of information on the town’s history, role in the region, and stories of some of its more noted personalities. We walked around a good portion of the old town (upper and lower) and got a look at some of the best views and architecture in Québec City.
Recommended if you like to learn about history and don’t mind being on your feet for about for two hours. There are stairs involved for some potion of the tour (not very many though).

Did the 2-hour Old Town tour and found it to be a great introduction to Quebec City. We loved the period costumes and our guide did a great job weaving in several local stories, so it was much more than just facts and dates. Great experience.
Leaned a bit too much into being an advertisement for the hotel.
Would have appreciated more history. There are interesting parts and the lady who leads it is charismatic. I got the tour in English though so that may have changed experience.

I’ve travelled to many countries and seen many tours; this one is by far the best that I’ve seen. The tour guide was fantastic and made the material come to life; I cannot recommend this more.
Marc was our tour guide and he was delightful. Knew his history of Quebec. Highly recommend.

We got a private winter tour of old quebec city with Rene. It was an english tour and Rene did an excellent job of describing the history, architectural styles and significance of the various monuments in old town. He was very clear in his english which made the tour very comprehensible. He was very patient and helped us manuever the snowy streets. We could see his passion and love for the city and its history. Highly recommend getting this tour with Rene especially if its your first visit to the city.
