Perfact place to get lunch from the food trucks,then sit and eat! It was shady,beautiful and quiet
Great place to take pictures and stop and smell the roses along the mall without being overwhelmed with crowds
On the day that I went it was still too early in the year and so the Roses were not yet in bloom fully but I can just imagine that when they are really blooming it must be a great place. Even without the roses, it's still a great place. There are benches where you can sit and people watch which is pretty nice.
Don't forget the old saying and remember to stop and smell the roses in this lovely garden. Unless it's the day the gardeners are applying fertilizer.
Beautiful garden full of gorgeous flowers. Best to come late April to May for beautiful selection.
Located in the National Mall in Washington DC, this is a great place to stroll & see the different species of flowers & learn more about horticulture. Sit under the trees for a bit & enjoy a break from the Many Museums to enjoy nature🌸
Wow, just wow! Such a stunning place. I happened to stumble upon it while riding through the national mall and had to stop. This Smithsonian garden offers such a wide variety of flowers and the roses were my absolute favorite part.
Beautiful and peaceful, this garden is a perfect pit stop to visit before you head on towards the next museum. There are a lot of varieties of roses and it's a treat to the eye to see them in full bloom. The garden is well maintained.
