I agree with the other reviews, that this place is definitely looking to make the sale, but the service is not that bad at all. They helped me with everything I needed…. Would go back
Pay almost 300 for suit. And extra for alteration after I pick up suit it was not my fitting way too tight I take it back to store the aged guy was so unpleasant and angry and told me to come next week to pick up but I explain them I need in next 3 days for the party but the guy say I don't care my tailor have no time . They just take your money and lock you in.
Please don't waste your money and time. They don't know how to deal with customers.

I had a terrible experience here. The salesperson constantly asked me if I was buying the suit every 5 seconds. I paid extra for alterations but nobody actually took my measurements. So now I have two suits that don’t even fit me. The worst service I’ve ever experienced.
They’re always looking to make a buck off you.
“On sale, on sale! Just for you I lower the price!” They will do and say ANYTHING to get you out of the store with at least one purchase you were skeptical about.
I bought a coat from them because it went well with my outfit. They charged close to a hundred fifty for it, and it ended up tearing a week later. The material was poor quality, but they market it as good quality.

My brother and I purchased two decent suits there for a wedding we had to attend. When I returned home, I noticed that the shoulder of my suit jacket had a stain. Brought it back to the store and they took care of no problem! They had great customer service and were friendly!
My brother and I came in to exchange some items. We were the first people in the store and when it was time to check out the guy walked passed us multiple times. I asked the other person working for assistance and I was told to wait. 15 min later the guy came back and had the nerve to assist someone else who came after us. Rude, unhelpful, un-welcoming. Seemingly the opposite experience for the white customers who came in after us.
Told me one week for a suit that I bought there to be tailored. 3 weeks later I finally get it back after never receiving a phone call from them saying it was done, and they’re still too long and too loose. Never again will I go here. A bunch of hustlers.
Not a good store. They will always try to up sale you and are happy to show you their no refund policy the next day if you wise up. If you're going to take a chance with this store, make sure and use a good credit card company to dispute the charges.
