Went there for lunch and had the most pleasant dining experience! Our server, Majidah, was an absolute delight. Her bright personality and warm hospitality made us feel like we were dining at a close friend’s home.

I would say I loved it! 💯 % I love steaks so much and everytime I craved for this I always choose to eat in steakhouse! The restaurant has a pleasant ambiance, and Angela, who assisted us, was incredibly friendly, attentive to our needs, hospitable, and provided excellent customer service. We enjoyed our soup and salad; the salads were fresh and flavorful, and the soup was hot and delicious. However, when we tried the all-you-can-eat chicken and steak, we found the quality of the steak to be a bit disappointing. It seems like there is room for improvement in service; proper job allocation and staff presence on the floor should be ensured. Many guests, including us, had to seek out staff for assistance. While the service wasn't terrible, paying attention to these details could enhance the overall dining experience.

Nice place, they have a wide range of options. The waiter was very friendly. I highly recommend the slow cooked beef. They gave my daughter to add ingredients to her pizza from the kids menu, she loved the idea.

Firstly, the ambiance of the restaurant was perfect for a birthday celebration. The dim lighting, cozy seating arrangements, and tasteful decor created a warm and inviting atmosphere. It felt like the ideal place to gather with loved ones and enjoy a special occasion.

I especially appreciated the way the staff made us feel special by singing happy birthday and bringing us a complimentary appetizer.

Overall, I cannot recommend Steak House ستيك هاوس enough for celebrating birthdays or any special occasion for that matter. With their impeccable service, cozy ambiance, and mouthwatering food options. I will definitely be returning in the future for more memorable celebrations!

However, there is one thing I hope this restaurant could add it to make it perfect. They should put a comfort room inside the restaurant. It’s a must in every restaurant, it’s a necessity especially for the PWD.

Steak used to be much better here. Ordered Texas cut Wague steak. Unfortunately, the flavor and texture do not meet the Wague reputation. They are proud to have been more than 30 years in KSA, but that means nothing if food quality is lower than what it used to be.
