We’ve done a lot of escape rooms in the UK and used to having a bit more interaction with the staff. The room was ok, technology was good, but very brief explanation beforehand and video of the story is after the timer started so didn’t really get in the right spirit beforehand. Bit of enthusiasm from the staff would have made it much better
This was by far, the best escape room experience I have ever had! I wanted to take this review to thank both the amazing team at Time Escape and Russell for helping me coordinate an engagement proposal with my partner.
It took around 2 months to plan everything, and the team was always wonderful to deal with. They hashed out a lot of the details with me early on, and even had some suggestions on which room was the best/what to do prior to the day. They seamlessly coordinated on the day of, and the proposal went fantastic! They honestly went above and beyond for my crazy request, and I'm definitely coming back here for future escape rooms.
We hope you guys like the gift we left too, and hope to see you soon again :)
Sincerely, Yuuki

This escape room experience was so fun. The staff was kind and friendly. It was just me and my 8-year-old - we didn’t finish the room, but it was so fun, we don’t mind. Beautiful set up in the room, cool puzzles. We will be back!
Best Escape Rooms Ever!!! So much better than Exit!!! It’s definitely worth it and you really have to use your intuition and intellect to escape these rooms. Not too hard and not too easy. Very well thought out!! Amazing story lines and not just singular rooms. The receptionist was very knowledgeable and friendly!!! Out of the two times we went, both experiences were flat out amazing!!! 💯 RECOMMEND ❗️❗️❗️
My son and I love puzzle games. For my birthday we wanted to do something different so went to Time Escape and it was awesome!! Eunice was friendly and very kind to extend the time for us although we couldn’t escape but would definitely go back soon to finish it. Highly recommend!
My loved ones and I enjoyed our time together at Time Escape. The venue was cozy. In the rooms, for four of us it was comfortable. Premise is clean. Our guide was friendly and patience. The puzzles were fun to solve. We only got two hints from our host. We had a great time and would love to try do the other rooms again when we can get together again.
We visited with a group of 6, and really enjoyed the experience. The staff were super friendly and even provided us with some extra time, which allowed us to finish our puzzle. I would definitely return to try some of their other rooms.
We came here with 3 kids under 10. The staff was really welcoming and did a great job explaining how everything worked. Recognizing we were with young kids they gave us a little extra help and a little extra time…. But we escaped! And thus, we had 3 ecstatic kids! They had the best rainy summer’s day ever!
