It's a cool place for kids but the carpet needs to be deep clean.

Best place for kids to play during winter..my daughter who is 2.5 years really loves to play in this area.

Meh,
It's cool and kids like it, but for 10 minutes, it then gets boring. Perhaps it's perfect for a little break while you do shopping in the mall.
Also, if you bring your kid to an activity place, you'd think they wouldn't stick a huge TV screen in the center, so kids would actually PLAY.

Great place to let the kids burn some energy. Plenty of sanitizing stations.

This is the best option for kids during winter and summer nights. My three year old son loves playing here as he always finds kids playing here. This is good for kids aged five and below. It’s free. It has enough place for parents to sit and watch kids. Enough charging points and also a rest room. There is a stroller stand which hardly people use. Also some parents get food and drink even though it’s not allowed.

My son loves playing here. His favorites are the slide, the tunnel under the slide and Mickey's car. It's usually pretty busy but there's a lot of room for kids to run around.

There are also charging ports along the benches and seats. There's also a bathroom right inside the play area with a changing table.

It's too open. Your kid could get out in 100 different ways. My son got thrown on the floor 3 timed so we grabbed our kids and left. Too many big kids playing and none of the parents watch them. Really pretty but very dangerous. The one at Woodbridge mall is better and safer. They even have security guard there. I'll stick to that one.

Went there first thing in the morning, busy as to be expected even for a Tuesday. Most children were 3 and under. Plenty of hand sanitizer stations, great activities for the children to bounce to and from. Stroller parking is easily accessible over the bench where most parents sit. Starts to get busy around 1130-12. Has little areas for Puppy Dog Pals, Fancy Nancy, Mickey & the Roadster Racers (& the Happy Helpers), Muppet Babies and Vampirina. In typical Disney fashion, there’s music videos from your favorite shows playing on all the screens, a floor operated keyboard Puppy Dog Pals-themed and Vampirina and the Scream Ghouls wall that plays various instruments/vocals. An interactive touch screen for Fancy Nancy. & various wall mounted gears, puzzles and play slides for your little figure outer. The floor has little racetracks to “run around on” (cushioned, carpeted floor) and a slide and tunnel by the pretend roadsters complete the theme. There’s a restroom in the back corner of the Play Zone (great for hand-washing & making sure those potty trainers still make their goals!!)
