This church and water closeby are really beautiful and worth seeing. If you want to take some great photos without lots of people around, I suggest visiting in the morning. The peaceful atmosphere at that time will help you get some nice shots.

I've expected just a regular square by the church - turned out to be much more. Loose atmosphere, people hanging out and having fun by the pond. Great views of the church included.

A beautiful church, the hall is impressive, feels like in heaven. with the reflection of water in front of the church you will get a very nice photos. A popular meeting place for young and old, there are always events here.

The silhouette of Karlskirche (Charles church) reflects nicely in this pond. There's a kiosk by the pond from one can get a pint of lager to watch the sunset and the people passing by. Very relaxing at dusk. There are some ducks swimming around (together with some floating rubbish but that's understandable, considering the touristic invasion)
