Fairly low quality construction. Have had leaks, wall cracks on a regular basis for the past 2 years. New management agent extremely unprofessional and not responding to WhatsApp messages. Takes ages to get things fixed. The gate has been faulty for almost 3 months and nobody has been doing anything. Leaving at the end of my lease 100%
Nice condo but peacefulness ? but 4am crazy family next building high storey bird crow, 5pm, uncivilized kids swim and shout block, after 11pm night noisy smoky may last till late as 3am. Roadside drug or Spooky delivery opposite block
Quiet. Lots of food choices. Easily accessible. Just that can be quite confusing when booking grab. Nice neighbourhood.
Beware of constantly-barking yappy dogs past 3am by irresponsible owners who have zero regard for their neighbors (especially unit 02-04).
Design of the whole development is simple and clean. Privacy and quite as it's not along the main road. Units layout are spacious.
Small condominium with tiny swimming pool. Cute place.
I stayed here. It is very nice Cory.
Conveniently located -- 600 meters to either Aljunied station or Dakota station. Lots of food choices nearby. Surrounded by bus stops
