Reached here after hours and just before the sunset. Not sure if it’s a functioning lighthouse as didn’t see any lights. Henry David Thoreau was here and twice in summers when the Small’s family ran a resort for tourists to Cape Cod. Love lighthouses and chanced upon a lady who explained us about the history of the castle behind the lighthouse. Thanks stranger.

So beautiful and so peaceful. Easy parking. The shop is good to get some souvenir. Employees in the shop are professional and helpful.

Great lighthouse which is only 68 feet high and easy to climb. Very beautiful views from the top of the cape!

This is a nice lighthouse. I went here while visiting Cape Cod and was satisfied with my experience. This white lighthouse is the tallest on Cape Cod and it’s located on a bluff, from which one can view a splendid vista of the Atlantic. There’s also a museum and small golf course near here. I gave this lighthouse five stars because it’s the tallest on Cape Cod and there’s a beautiful vista of the ocean from here.

The tallest and coolest of the Cape Cod lighthouses! The tour is fun and the tour guide has a marvelously dry sense of humor. Better yet, the tour is short and you can stay up at the top as long as you want! I had the most fun climbing the incredibly steep spiral staircase. It's not for the faint-hearted, although it is very sturdy. I had to come back down backwards because it's more like a ladder! Best of all, the view from the top is incredible!

This is a neat light house we were able to take a tour of. It's a short tour for $8, but the tour guide gives a brief history of the lighthouse and allows you time to take photos. If you are claustrophobic I would not recommend doing this tour. The stairs are quite small and narrow.
