Had a great time here! Beautiful beach and not as busy as Daytona Beach. The shopping is great and the restaurants are awesome!
Nice beach. Lots of peacocks roaming around the surrounding neighborhood which was cool to see
Nice quiet place. Not too many people. There isn't much for parking. We walked from our hotel on Astronaut Blvd. Took us about 40 minutes but it could be done in less time. Seemed like a relatively safe walk. The locals say it's a pretty safe neighborhood. Lots of peacocks strutting around on the walk there but none of the beach. Lots of shells for the kids to look at. The beach was clean other than the sea weed that washed up. No garbage laying around. Wouldn't recommend going hear to party. Doesn't have that kinda vibe.
My husband and I made a spontaneous decision to stop by a beach after we did a job estimate on Friday 12/08/23 around midday. We searched for a nearby one on the GPS and came across Peacock Beach, which we never heard of it before. We came to find out why the beach is named Peacock Beach!!---you see a lot of peacocks and peahens along the road in the neighborhood you drive through to get to the mini parking lot at the beach access area. There were not a lot of people there, but the people were friendly. A resident of the beach and his daughter stopped and spoke with me for a while, but they had no idea that the beach was named Peacock Beach. I love to pick up seashells at each beach we visit and this was the most spectacular collection I have to date. I never picked up so many seashells. We plan to take our daughter to this beach when the weather warms up.
Very nice beach. In the middle of a bunch of houses is where the tiny parking lot is and the entrance to the beach. This beach is quiet and has lots of sheshells to please.
My favorite. The best. Just superb. When I bike around Cape, I stop here just to drink it in. Quiet, peaceful, shady spaces. You can walk to Jetty Park for restrooms or shower. Just a lovely spot.
This is a best kept secret in Brevard County. You can watch the peacocks, the Cruise Lines head out to sea, Beautiful Sunrises & enjoy peaceful bliss without huge crowds.
Parking is limited & the location is kept for the most part, under-wrap.. But if your lucky enough to discover the little gem.. Mum’s the word!🤫
