Having Daisy in your management office makes Arbor Hills an unprofessional workplace. Her mouth has no filter. She acually told a property owner, that she made him suffer enough and now she will honor him with an extra parking. If u don’t bow down to her she will do her best to keep u waiting.

Daisy is the more incredibly rude individual I have ever met. I would fire any employee I manage for even saying half she said. Compassion is not something she portrays.
DO NOT MOVE IN!!! THEY ARE STEALING DEPOSITS FROM PEOPLE WHO MOVE OUT. THEY ARE NOT TRUTHFUL AND DONT EVEN CARE TO TELL YOU THEY ARE TAKING YOUR MONEY.
It is quiet and safe here. Never have had any issues!!
The office staff 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏿♀️. Horrible place to live. We had no peace there. There’s so many rules and regulations as if you are in a prison. If you break a rule, he goes a fee. The Warren is Sharon she is horrible she’s mean. Also the board makes decisions for their own sake not the sake of the residents or owners. Forget it these people only think about themselves and how to make more money off of you. For example. They charged for the pool. but don’t let you in the pool! For the last two years of Covid they did just that.
A complete waste of my time & money missed out on a lot good apartment complexes dealing with this company. The management staff is very unprofessional. Horrible communication skills. Would not recommend renting or buying with Arbur Hills.
