A nice place, but can be very crowded at times. Cinema theaters tend to be clean and comfortable. Thank you.

Many times visit this place and i like to watch movie in this place.
My input is: in Audi 2, seat is not comfortable. Different than other room (for example, seat in Audi 4 is more comfort than Audi 2). Hope can you can listen and do improvement. Thanks

need to use escalator 2 times and the lighting were so so. i mean it's cool, but im not a fan of the dark lighting room. more like creepy instead of clasical art of whatever.. i do watch movie a lot at CGV, but this CGV is not my fav. like if it's not so urgent, i prefer not going back here like ever
The other studio is fine but hanhwa auditorium/studio 1 needs to be AVOIDED. The seats are horribly uncomfortable. My body hurts after sitting in these bad seats.
Love the high ceiling & the 'industrial' ambience. Note: please add the BARCODE SCAN to the collecting ticket machine.
My first time watching movie here, and experience 4DX! The experience were fun! .. But the theater were kinda dirty? Light flickering and stuff. The 3D experience were blur.. But overal it was a great experience! The seat moving and vibrating like what happen in the movie, water spraying, wind blowing from front and even behind ears! Ticket were expensive tho.. HHhaa
Currently being renovated (November 2017)... Hopefully it will be more comfy soon, especially the seats... and the layout too, so that it won't be too dark and confusing anymore... Ticket box is now separated from snack box, which is good in my opinion. This cinema also has a wide variety of movies (than the biggest competitor), since there are also Hindi, Japanese, Korean and Thai movies here...
