Neat parking lot in a somehow quiet street.

The entrance is kind of narrow so GO SLOW and check the mirror.
The attendant was super nice.
I used their own app rather than parkhero or whatever (had trouble in the past) and I got a good deal for 12 hours during a weekday.
Very quick to get in and out!

Good parking garage for my truck in 2 nights.
had a really great experience here this past saturday. used the icon website and received discounted parking. the attendant was kind and professional and the facility was clean. very easy and positive experience.
The telephone number, address, and hours of operation listed for this location are misleading and inaccurate. The receipt I got for initially parking my car lists the 515 W52nd St address. But the garage is on 504 W 53rd St. How does that make any sense? Their phone number doesn't work. I called customer service and confirm that the number doesn't work for them either.
It was a totally fine experience. Nothing noteworthyingly bad or good.
It took 50 minutes to pick up our car because there were so many cars in the garage and so little space to maneuver. And there's only one driveway in and out. And more cars kept coming down the ramp preventing others from leaving. 3 times someone had to back up and out so that another car could leave.
Very convenient to midtown, but also convenient to get out of NYC via the Tunnel! Affordable using Icon Parking app as well.
It's a small garage... but convenient... no problem leaving car or picking it up... seemed like a safe place with good employees there...
