Staff here is amazing, but don’t use tap to pay. They took money out of my bank account, but it didn’t go through on their end so I had to pay twice. Now, I have to wait & see if my bank returns it, but I’m out a lot of money until then.
Since closing down all the Disney stores, you would think the few left over would look Magical. It looks like a traditional store with toys. Nothing special about it. Prices were decent. I just wish my kids had the same experience I had as a child.
Terrible customer service. Don’t use tap to pay with this store, transaction was approved but the stores system glitched they had me call my bank to confirm the transaction and then told me since they have no record I’ll have to pay a second time and wait to refund the charges. Extremely unprofessional behavior. Took my phone with my banking info open and started scrolling through the transaction I had to ask him to stop. Would not recommend.
Disney cast members are friendly, and they keep the store very neat and clean. I wish it was even bigger, but they do have a great selection of plush characters.
Wonderful staff. A bit pricey but that's Disney!! Even swapped out a shirt for me cause I bought the wrong size. Very happy with the experience
The Disney store gives us a place to shop and feel some Disney magic. Also find some great deals during sales. There are not many Disney Stores left so it's a treat to have one near.
Great Disney store outlet, friendly staff, clean and tidy. Some things may be hit or miss but you can find nicely discounted deals. Not much options for bags or higher valued items as it was lots of seasonal items. Would’ve been nice to see some of the home decore items. If your within a reasonable drive to here I would recommend checking it out as you may find that same item you have in your shopDisney cart, Without a shipping cost.
