I visited Smashburger for the first time last Friday and I was not disappointed. The menu screen appeared to be broken but the cashier took his time explaining the menu to me and even made some suggestions. He even informed me of the cook times and said if I was not in a hurry to try the crispy chicken sandwich. Needless to say it was delicious and went great with the sweet potato fries. Will definitely be coming back. 5/5 for sure
Growing up in colorado this is one of my favorite burger chains, however this location is a pathetic example of SmashBurger. I’ve had my food come out correct once out of about 10 visits, the customer service is horrendous, to the point that they hung up on me when I called to ask a question. I work in customer service and am always kind and polite to everyone. I wish I could write of better experiences but it just hasn’t happened. Incredibly disappointing when I was just hoping for a taste of my home state. at this point I am done visiting and hoping for a better experience.

They replaced the black bean burger with an awful Jack and Annie processed patty that has an awful texture and an even worse taste.
Sadly. I won't be returning unless they bring the black bean burger back.

Love this place. Excellent take out food. Cheeseburgers are delicious 😋. Onion Rings are Fabulous! Prices are reasonable. The Medford store is clean and the staff is friendly. You need to check it out the next time you are hungry for a burger 🍔 😁
First impression, the trash was overflowing, the bathroom was in total disarray. The tables and floor were clean.

I visited Smashburger on a Sunday Afternoon with my family and I can say it was good. I got potatoe fries, wings and one of thier signature burgers . I wasn't really impressed with the burger itself as the bun felt cold. But overall the environment was serene, clean and quiet. The only downside to this was also the price which was kind of high compared to other places .
It was nice to have GF options. I ordered a vanilla shake (no flavor), fries (ok), and burger (ok).
The atmosphere was loud, dirty (cleaned off my own table), the door was broken in the dining room (super cold), and the bathroom was unusable due to the unsanitary conditions.

This is my first time eating at Smashburger, and I have to say I was not disappointed! The first thing I got was the tractor strawberry dragon fruit drink, and it was phenomenal! Although you have to get everything a la carte that actually made it a little easier for me. So I got the barbecue bacon burger with extra barbecue, and I got the crispy chicken sandwich with barbecue added! Everything was made to order, and I did not have to wait very long. Lena, the manager, was phenomenal. She explained the menu very well, but most importantly, the food was delicious!
