Best place for family and kids. Just expecting some cafe or ice cream shop in near by are for this summer.

A good open space and park with good parking. Only a short walk to the canal towpath, which provides good walks. The park itself has the usual slides, swings etc. There is a skate park and also a small zip line slide.

First visit to the park.
There is a large car park then a short walk to the playground area.
There is an area with a slide, swings, short zip wire and conicke type rope climbing frame. This is ideal for older children. Adjacent to this with fence surround is a separate area for under 7s. Here there are a couple of chair swings, floor level rubber bouncing mat, slide, roundabout and a couple of seats on large springs for children to play on. There are a few picnic tables with attached benches as well.
Adjacent to this is a skateboard run.
All close to the canal so walks before or after play is possible.
This park is an excellent feature and a great asset to have in High Lane.

Nice Park with big playing fields and access to the canal.
We live on a boat so it has been a perfect mooring spot for us for 2 weeks as the park is handy to take our dog for a walk and the car park is free and unrestricted.
Elaine Parkinson
Nice park for a walk with the dog and a nice playground for the kids👍. Backs onto Macclesfield Canal where you can cut through onto the path for a further/longer walk. Football pitch for the local football teams during the season too.

Beautiful outdoor space, very well maintained and neat and tidy. Excellent playgrounds with lots of space for children to run around too. Little skate park is in great condition and was quiet.

Been coming here for a while, I live in the area it Isn't like other local parks as it doesn't have may young people In the evening. The scout hut and village hall are very close by and the carpark usually had a lot of space. There is a reasonable skate park and adventurous play equipment for ages up to 12 or higher. I would recommend a day out there if it is sunny as the field is perfect for picnics.
