Profesional officer, clear direction and inside terminal having cafe n resto...
Very big airport, international one , big varieties of shops and restaurent
Make sure you do online checkin. Security and passport control was fast which is great. Few nice shops but food options were meh. They have water refill stations near the toilets to help reduce plastic waste which i love
Medium-good airport, tons of shops inside, you can rent a bed & shower for up to 12 hours, you can find these lounges before and after security checks.
Absolutely no smoking areas anywhere unless you literally exit the building.
When exiting the building, beware of locals offering currency exchange, it’s a known scam and they insist a lot even if you refuse several times.
Also beware of locals offering to clean your shoes “in good faith” near the doors, they will say they’re doing it out of “good will” and then insist on you having some “good will” with them too. They insist a lot.

Clean and easy accessible inside the airport. Most of the chairs has a charging outlet. If you are in a hurry to go to your gate they have a free ride inside the airport to your gate they priorities elders, disable, pregnant women and family with children.
What I didn’t like about this airport is that they did not let me know my departing gate until the last moment. Gates in the same terminal can be very distant from each other, and transportation belts are only operating in one direction (towards the gates). So I had to wait in an area located at the center of the terminal, from where I was sure I could access my gate in a reasonable time The area was full of fancy shops and restaurants of sorts, but seemingly had no power outlets to plug in laptops and recharge cell phones. Seats with power outlets were available, but only close to the gates. It seems that everything is arranged to keep you in the shopping area as long as possible.
I took a flight from Argentina to Brazil and back. At the airport everything is very organized, they have free WI FI, several places to eat or have a drink and huge freeshop. The bathrooms are great as well.
Nice welcoming from Río s people!

State of The Art Airport with friendly and knowledgeable staff! I am always pleased with the way I am treated and with they way everything flows when arriving or departing from this Airport. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within this Airport so if you're looking to dine in or grab a quick bite, you can find plenty of either... I have never had a bad experience at this Airport. Two thumbs up!!
